Of all the tours I booked, this was my peesonal favorite. The tour agency notified me that there was not enough english speakers who booked for the tour so we are joininv the Chinese speaking group. Mr. Eric, our driver was very commendable and accommodating! He was truly helpful and he really tried to explain everything in English. Thank you for this lovely and calming experience! 5 stele pentru tot!! TREBUIE să rezervați acest tur dacă vizitați Taiwanul. Tommy conduce turul și ne-a oferit cea mai bună zi. Este foarte talentat în a alterna între chineză și engleză în mod egal pentru a împărtăși informații minunate. Îmi amintește de un profesor. Am călătorit cu mama mea de 65 de ani, care merge cu un baston, dar încă are energie și luptă cu genunchii ei problematici. Tommy ne-a acordat atât de mult timp în fiecare locație pentru a explora și ea nu a avut nicio problemă, în ciuda urcării scărilor și a plimbărilor pe poteci în munți! Wulai a fost un loc foarte senin și frumos... A fost ultimul nostru tur în timpul vizitei noastre în Taiwan și sunt atât de bucuroasă că nu l-am ratat. Drumul în sine a fost superb. Tommy a creat cel mai bun itinerar pentru a vizita muntele, hotelul de sus (există un iaz frumos cu un pârâu și o cafenea acolo sus), plimbarea cu telecabina cu vederi uimitoare ale cascadei, plimbarea drăguță cu trenul care ne-a dus în jos la satul indigen și mult timp pentru a ne plimba și a mânca/face cumpărături. Rezervați-l pe Tommy!!!

I came to the public bath on a weekday and it's so quiet and nice. On the day I visited, only Taiwanese people were in the baths. The staff are very friendly... The receptionists speak excellent English, and when I wasn't sure where to go in the bath area, a staff member came over and used a translator to guide me. They were truly kind. I was a bit worried after reading other reviews, but it was really great. For those using the public bath, just show your Klook voucher at reception, get your key, go down the stairs, and the women's bath is on the left and the men's bath is on the right (written in Korean). You can enter accordingly. Like a Korean sauna, you put your shoes in the locker corresponding to your key number, come in, undress in a locker, put on a gown and a hair cap, then come to the public bath area, shower, and then enter the bath. They asked us to remove our makeup before entering if we were wearing any! (Let's be polite Koreans and follow this rule, haha.) But honestly, there's no need to wear makeup when going to a hot spring. Cell phones are prohibited inside the bath! You can use them in the resting area. And the water is super soft, it feels like it's good for your skin.

September 5, 2026. This is a family-style hot spring inn, so it's not recommended for those with high expectations! The hot spring water is very comfortable and leaves your skin feeling smooth. Basic amenities are provided. The couple's set meal was delicious and very filling. There aren't many parking spaces directly in front, but there are parking spots available nearby.

Siguranță: Iluminatul general este slab, creând într-adevăr o atmosferă de hotel de lux, dar prezența scărilor reprezintă un potențial pericol ascuns. Experiență: Zona publică de băi termale include o piscină cu apă fierbinte, o piscină cu apă la temperatură medie, o piscină cu apă rece, o piscină spa, o baie de aburi, o saună și șezlonguri (confortabile). Întreaga experiență este plăcută, fiecare piscină este mare și există și dozatoare de apă pentru ceai și cafea.

Extrem de drăguț și distractiv. Este aproape ca un roller-coaster pentru copii. Îți oferă o priveliște frumoasă a cascadelor și a râului, plus natura înconjurătoare, presărată printre câteva locuințe. Este o plimbare plăcută. S-a mișcat frumos.

Very convenient and easy to use. No need to queue in line to buy the actual ticket. There is no other way to reach the resort but through cable car. The view aas spectacular!

We made a last-minute decision to visit that day. After calling to confirm availability, we smoothly boarded the shuttle, and everything went perfectly. We chose the Yinglin room, and the Atayal tribal house theme was absolutely stunning; it was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The staff on-site meticulously explained all the important details, and the front desk personnel were very professional and friendly. The entire experience was excellent. Afterward, we could enjoy tea and snacks, then head to the bookstore to stretch. There's also the Wulai Old Street to explore. Highly recommended!

Great private onsen experience, the room was spacious with amazing view. only drawback is the distance from the town, however a private shuttle can be arranged (100NT one way).
