Saker att göra i Wulai Falls

Of all the tours I booked, this was my peesonal favorite. The tour agency notified me that there was not enough english speakers who booked for the tour so we are joininv the Chinese speaking group. Mr. Eric, our driver was very commendable and accommodating! He was truly helpful and he really tried to explain everything in English. Thank you for this lovely and calming experience! Han är mycket skicklig på att växla mellan att tala kinesiska och engelska för att dela med sig av underbar information. Han påminner mig om en lärare. Jag reste med min 65-åriga mamma som går med käpp, men som fortfarande har energi och kämpar sig igenom sina dåliga knän. Tommy gav oss så mycket tid på varje plats att utforska och hon hade inga problem, trots att hon klättrade i trappor och gick på stigar i bergen! Wulai var en mycket fridfull och vacker plats... Det var vår sista tur under vårt besök i Taiwan och jag är så glad att vi inte missade den. Själva bilresan var fantastisk. Tommy skapade den bästa resplanen för att besöka berget, hotellet på toppen (det finns en vacker damm med en bäck och ett kafé där uppe), linbaneturen med fantastisk utsikt över vattenfallet, en söt tågresa som tog oss ner till ursprungsbefolkningens by, och gott om tid att promenera runt och äta/handla. Boka Tommy!!!

September 5, 2026. This is a family-style hot spring inn, so it's not recommended for those with high expectations! The hot spring water is very comfortable and leaves your skin feeling smooth. Basic amenities are provided. The couple's set meal was delicious and very filling. There aren't many parking spaces directly in front, but there are parking spots available nearby.

Safety: The overall dim lighting certainly creates a high-end hotel atmosphere, but because there are always stairs, it does pose a potential hazard. Experience: The public hot spring area features a high-temperature pool, a medium-temperature pool, a cold-water pool, a spa pool, a steam room, a sauna, and comfortable lounge chairs. The overall experience is quite good, with each pool being very spacious. Water dispensers are also available for making tea or coffee.

Great private onsen experience, the room was spacious with amazing view. only drawback is the distance from the town, however a private shuttle can be arranged (100NT one way).

Extremely cute and fun. Its almost like a roller-coaster ride for kids. It gives you a nice view of the falls and river plus the surrounding nature dispersed amongst some dwellers. It is a nice ride. It moved nicely

Very convenient and easy to use. No need to queue in line to buy the actual ticket. There is no other way to reach the resort but through cable car. The view aas spectacular!

One of the highlights of my Taiwan trip was visiting Wulai. It’s a beautiful spot and perfect for anyone looking for a quick escape from city life. The hot spring experience was especially memorable, as it was my first time trying an onsen. The facilities were excellent, and it was nice to see locals in the bathhouse who seemed to already know each other, it gave the place a warm, community feel. Although none of the staff were proficient in English, they still made sure I was well taken care of. What made the experience even better was the free meal after the bath and the complimentary shuttle back to the town proper. Overall, it was a relaxing and worthwhile experience, and I would definitely come back on my next visit to Taiwan.

We took the shortest trail to see the waterfall. A leisurely walk to and fro the trail will take approximately 45 minutes. Rest rooms mid way to the waterfall observation deck was also very clean. Unfortunately, the observation deck to the upper part of the waterfall was not accessible due to the fallen stones. There was even a scenic and forest bathing trail that may take a longer time.
