Wulai Falls hot springs

I came to the public bath on a weekday and it's so quiet and nice. On the day I visited, only Taiwanese people were in the baths. The staff are very friendly... The receptionists speak excellent English, and when I wasn't sure where to go in the bath area, a staff member came over and used a translator to guide me. They were truly kind. I was a bit worried after reading other reviews, but it was really great. For those using the public bath, just show your Klook voucher at reception, get your key, go down the stairs, and the women's bath is on the left and the men's bath is on the right (written in Korean). You can enter accordingly. Like a Korean sauna, you put your shoes in the locker corresponding to your key number, come in, undress in a locker, put on a gown and a hair cap, then come to the public bath area, shower, and then enter the bath. They asked us to remove our makeup before entering if we were wearing any! (Let's be polite Koreans and follow this rule, haha.) But honestly, there's no need to wear makeup when going to a hot spring. Cell phones are prohibited inside the bath! You can use them in the resting area. And the water is super soft, it feels like it's good for your skin.

I've enjoyed onsens in Taiwan and this one takes one of the top spots for my favorite places. The view from the public bath was beautiful and serene. It has tea and coffee, the products you can use after bathing are of great quality too. My only concern was for some reason, the water from the showers only produced hot water even after turning the knob to cold. The jet pools are perfect. Overall a great experience.

September 5, 2026. This is a family-style hot spring inn, so it's not recommended for those with high expectations! The hot spring water is very comfortable and leaves your skin feeling smooth. Basic amenities are provided. The couple's set meal was delicious and very filling. There aren't many parking spaces directly in front, but there are parking spots available nearby.

Isa sa mga highlight ng aking biyahe sa Taiwan ay ang pagbisita sa Wulai. Ito ay isang magandang lugar at perpekto para sa sinumang naghahanap ng mabilis na pagtakas mula sa buhay sa siyudad. Ang karanasan sa hot spring ay lalong di malilimutan, dahil ito ang una kong beses na sumubok ng onsen. Napakahusay ng mga pasilidad, at nakakatuwang makita ang mga lokal sa paliguan na tila magkakakilala na, nagbigay ito ng mainit at komunidad na pakiramdam sa lugar. Bagama't walang sinuman sa mga staff ang bihasa sa Ingles, siniguro pa rin nila na ako ay maayos na naasikaso. The environment is very tranquil, the staff is extremely polite and helpful, and the meals are both healthy and delicious. There is also a reading room available for rest and relaxation. The bathroom features a separate shower area and is very comfortable. Overall, the experience was exceptionally warm and welcoming.

The double hot spring room is quite spacious and even has a waterproof storage cabinet, which is very thoughtful for items you don't want to get wet. Soaking in a hot spring can get quite warm, but the room here has air conditioning, making the overall experience very comfortable. Outside, there's a public area with hair dryers and cotton swabs available. Overall, I feel it offers great value.
