My daughter and I had a wonderful experience learning how to make kimchi from scratch. The ingredients were prepared for each station so we did all the chopping and layering the ingredients between the leaves of the napa cabbage. It was a small class so we got to meet other people traveling as well. We got to take home the kimchi and cant wait to make several dishes with it. Kimchi tofu stew, kimchi fried rice and as a side dish. The class was less than an hour so we were able to fit it in to our busy schedule. We also had delicious kimchi pancake after the class was completed. I'm happy we took the class and definitely recommend to a anyone wanting to learn how to make kimchi.

They offer wide range of cooking class and their tutors are all helpful to guide you to make the dishes all the way. The location is a bit far from down town and recommend to drive here, they got a carpark at the front yard.

Junghee je veľmi priateľská, nadšená a zábavná inštruktorka. Prehliadka trhu bola obzvlášť zaujímavá a vrelo odporúčam venovať si nejaký čas navyše na samostatné preskúmanie trhu. Počas kurzu sme pripravili štyri rôzne kórejské jedlá, ktoré pôsobili ako kompletná večera a zanechali nás veľmi spokojných. Mojou obľúbenou kombináciou bola morská palacinka spárovaná s makgeolli – bolo to absolútne vynikajúce. Túto skúsenosť vrelo odporúčam každému, kto by sa chcel naučiť kórejské varenie v príjemnej a zábavnej atmosfére.

We chose this specific cooking class because they offer other Korean dishes aside from the basic options (bibimbap, japchae, bulgogi) we knew how to cook. Upon booking, they confirmed via whatsapp our schedule and what menu we want to cook. We chose haemul samgyetang (chicken ginseng soup with seafood). Ester was a very good instructor. She introduced the recipe and provided clear instructions. She also made additional cucumber salad for us to eat with the dish we cooked. Highly recommended if you want to try Korean cooking class!

We loved this Korean Traditional Dessert Rice Cake Cooking Class! The location was easy to find, and the instructor spoke fluent English. Moulding the rice cakes was incredibly therapeutic, making the experience both tranquil and exciting. We highly recommend trying this and taking plenty of photos!
