Originally, my session was at 2:00 PM, but I was late due to traffic and was worried I wouldn't be allowed in, but it turned out to be fine. The museum's collection is incredibly rich; spending half a day there is no problem at all! You can rent an audio guide device, and if you bring your own 3.5mm headphones, you won't have to hold it constantly.

For travelers on a 4-5 day trip, this product is great for focusing on a few desired locations rather than trying to visit too many places. However, I do not recommend including the city tour bus in your choices. Instead, I suggest visiting one more attraction. I chose the tour bus, but the night tour wasn't available during the 72-hour period. I had read reviews from others who used it and decided to choose it, but when I went to board, I was told it wasn't running, so I had to turn back. I also didn't get to use the bus much during the tour. Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed visiting the five concentrated selections.

The Belvedere Palace is truly a paradise for art lovers! From 18th-century works to modern abstract art, the vast collection is astonishing. Watching those paintings that tell stories of the culture and ideas of their times, the 3-hour art tour flew by, leaving me wanting more. Don't hesitate, this is definitely a stop worth recommending to anyone who loves art!

The tour is a great orientation and introduction to Vienna. Our guide Emmanuel was very informative and funny as well. Group size was larger than normal but he still managed to keep the whole group intact.

The tour guide used fluent English to provide a professional explanation of the historical background and stories, leading us through a tour of Schönbrunn Palace. The speaking pace was moderate and easy to understand. In addition to the palace interior, we also visited and received explanations of the gardens in the back. The entire guided tour lasted about 2 hours, after which we were dismissed for free time.

The Schönbrunn Panorama Train city tour ticket was really great. I thought I just needed to show the mobile QR code, but you have to exchange it for a ticket. Like the Hop-on Hop-off, if you show the QR code to the staff, they scan it and print out receipt QR codes for the number of people. We were able to pass by the palace and cafe while inside the train.
