My original time slot was 2:00 PM, but I was late due to traffic. I was worried I wouldn't be allowed in, but it turned out to be fine. The museum's collection is incredibly rich; you could easily spend half a day there! You can rent an audio guide device, and if you bring your own 3.5mm headphones, you won't have to hold it the whole time.

For travelers on a 4-5 day trip, this product is great for focusing on a few desired locations rather than trying to visit too many places. However, I do not recommend including the city tour bus in your choices. Instead, I suggest visiting one more attraction. I chose the tour bus, but the night tour wasn't available during the 72-hour period. I had read reviews from others who used it and decided to choose it, but when I went to board, I was told it wasn't running, so I had to turn back. I also didn't get to use the bus much during the tour. Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed visiting the five concentrated selections.

The tour is a great orientation and introduction to Vienna. Our guide Emmanuel was very informative and funny as well. Group size was larger than normal but he still managed to keep the whole group intact.

Our tour guide, speaking fluent English, provided very professional explanations of the historical background and stories as they led us through Schönbrunn Palace. Their speaking pace was not too fast, making it easy to understand. In addition to the palace interior, we also visited and learned about the gardens behind it. The entire guided tour lasted approximately 2 hours, after which we were dismissed to explore freely.

I visited because I wanted to see Monet and Picasso's paintings, and it was wonderful. You can scan your QR code and enter immediately. However, you can't bring backpacks inside, so you'll need to store your belongings in a coin locker. If you plan to bring a backpack, be sure to bring a 1 euro coin!
