Der Stephansdom ist das spirituelle Herz Wiens und ein Wahrzeichen im Stadtzentrum. Um seine Geschichte vollständig zu würdigen, wird dringend empfohlen, das All-Inclusive-Ticket zu erwerben. Dieses bietet Zugang zu Schlüsselbereichen, darunter das Dom Museum Wien, die Katakomben, den Gottesdienstbereich der Kathedrale sowie den Nord- und Südturm. Die Katakomben können nur im Rahmen einer Führung besichtigt werden. Zur vereinbarten Zeit versammelt ein Mitarbeiter die Besucher und führt die Gruppe unter die Erde, wo Sie die Särge von Priestern und die Überreste der unter der Kathedrale Bestatteten sehen können. Der Südturm ist körperlich anspruchsvoll, da er das Erklimmen einer langen und schmalen Treppe erfordert. Im Gegensatz dazu ist der Nordturm mit einem Aufzug erreichbar und führt zu einer Aussichtsplattform im Freien. Ein wichtiger Punkt ist die strikte Einhaltung der Eintrittszeiten für den Gottesdienstbereich der Kathedrale. Wir haben unseren Zeitfenster um nur zehn Minuten verpasst und durften nicht eintreten, daher ist es unerlässlich, den Zeitplan sorgfältig zu prüfen.

Hermosa iglesia. Compramos boletos todo incluido. Subimos a las torres Norte y Sur. También el área de las catacumbas, que me dio escalofríos. Es un lugar de visita obligada.

The all-inclusive ticket allows you to visit the entire cathedral, including the tower and catacombs. Collection is at the Dom Museum on the right side of the church, which is also included.

The overall experience was good. Go to the Dom Museum and collect your ticket a day in advance. You can use the ticket over a period of many days, so you don't have to do everything at once. The Catacombs tour starts every 30 minutes from 10 am. The cathedral is nice. The north tower is accessible by lift, and the south tower requires climbing 343 steps. If you are fit, venture up the south tower; otherwise, the north tower offers better views. The Dom Museum is also good, but remember to bring a 1 or 2 euro coin to deposit your bags. This applies to all museums. You will get your euro back once you open the locker.

Magnificent view of Vienna from the top of the towers! Catacombs can be a bit claustrophobic and creepy but definitely worth it. I got the all-inclusive ticket which was worth it as the cathedral only takes cash payment.

A must-visit attraction in Vienna. The underground tomb is also very special. However, the museum was just okay; you can skip it if you're rushing to another place.

First, visit the museum next door. Church tickets will be issued during your museum visit. After entering with your ticket, explore the interior first, then exit and re-enter to visit the South Tower and North Tower. Only the North Tower has an elevator, so remember to wear comfortable shoes, as the South Tower requires climbing 67 meters of stairs – my legs almost gave out!

I suddenly wanted to visit here that day, so I bought tickets in the morning. After having breakfast at Demel, I could use them directly. I needed to exchange the voucher for a physical ticket at the Dom Museum counter, and then I could use the mobile guide inside the cathedral. It's definitely worth a visit.
