Super valueable packages, which is cheaper than most travel agencies. Contacted hotel directly to purcahse a Birthday Celebration package to receive theme decoration and room upgrade. Convinent location to the theme parks. Wonderful breakfast with penguins.

Cleanliness: It's okay. However, for a new hotel, some signs of wear and tear are already visible.
Location: There's not much nearby; it's a bit out of the way.
Service: Special arrangements were made for a birthday.

I contacted Klook customer service to inform them it was a birthday celebration. The customer service representative helped contact the hotel. Upon check-in, the hotel proactively upgraded our room and provided some decorations. There was a birthday cake, but it took some time for it to be delivered, probably due to staff shortages. The breakfast was quite substantial. As for the location, it's close to Ocean Park, but a bit far from the main shopping malls, taking about 30 minutes by taxi. It's a little inconvenient.

The Klook package offers great value for money, with good deals on activities and food, and it's easy to use. Highly recommended.

Service: We checked in on the Saturday of the Dragon Boat Festival, and our room was ready by 11 AM, which was faster than the hotel on the spaceship side! Every staff member was very friendly. Cleanliness: Excellent, the children were very happy when they saw the room, and the details in the room were also great, with a sterilizer, children's toilet seat, cups, and towels all featuring penguins.

Zhuhai Chimelong Spaceship Park is absolutely fantastic! It's a huge indoor park with air conditioning, so you don't have to worry about rain or sun. It's perfect for a family summer holiday activity. The hotel package is excellent value, including park admission, breakfast and dinner buffets. The hotel rooms can be interconnected, which is very thoughtful and convenient.

The hotel is clean, and you can use standard Type A power plugs. You can access all shows, but you need to scan your passport for entry. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to Chimelong and the Aquarium, which is convenient and sufficient. The buffet dinner is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. There are restaurants available in the hotel, but prices range from 50-100 RMB. It might be more cost-effective to opt for the buffet. For payment, it's recommended to download WeChat and link your credit card for convenience, as you sometimes need to scan a code to order food. For transportation, it's advised to download Didi China to call a taxi to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge port for immigration clearance when crossing to Hong Kong.

Come and play during the off-season before the summer vacation. There are so few people around the park and the swimming pool, it's so comfortable! The outdoor pool is already open, so you can swim to your heart's content. I also played with the electric surfboard, which was a great experience! It rained heavily for several consecutive days, which was a bit disappointing! The tea restaurant inside the Hengqin Bay Hotel has changed to only operate in the evening, which is a bit inconvenient! The food is okay and the price is affordable! Convenience of transportation: Direct bus arrival. Hotel location: Okay. Service: Good. Cleanliness: Good. Breakfast: Many choices.
