Super valueable packages, which is cheaper than most travel agencies. Contacted hotel directly to purcahse a Birthday Celebration package to receive theme decoration and room upgrade. Convinent location to the theme parks. Wonderful breakfast with penguins.

Cleanliness: It was acceptable, but for a new hotel, some signs of wear and tear were already visible. Location: There isn't much nearby; it's a bit out of the way. Service: Special arrangements were made for a birthday.

We contacted Klook customer service to inform them it was a birthday celebration. The customer service representative helped us contact the hotel. Upon check-in, the hotel proactively upgraded our room and added some decorations. We received a birthday cake, but it took some time for it to be delivered, likely due to staffing shortages. The breakfast was quite substantial. As for the location, it's close to Ocean Park, but a bit far from the main shopping malls, requiring about a 30-minute taxi ride. This was a minor inconvenience.

Klook packages offer great value for money, with excellent deals on activities and food. The platform is also simple and easy to use, making it highly recommended.

Service: We checked in on the Saturday of the Dragon Boat Festival, and our room was ready by 11 AM, which was much faster than the Spaceship Hotel! Every staff member was incredibly friendly. Cleanliness: Excellent. My child was so happy when they saw the room. The details in the room were also great, including a sterilizer, children's toiletries, cups, and towels with penguins on them.

Zhuhai Chimelong Spaceship Park is absolutely fantastic! It's a huge indoor park with air conditioning, so you don't have to worry about rain or sun. It's perfect for a family summer vacation. The hotel package is an excellent value, including park admission, breakfast and dinner buffets, and connecting rooms, which is incredibly thoughtful and convenient.

The hotel is clean and you can use standard Type A power outlets. You can attend all shows, but you'll need to scan your passport for entry. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to Chimelong Show and the Aquarium, which is convenient and sufficient. The buffet dinner is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. There are other restaurants available at the hotel, but prices range from 50-100 RMB, so the buffet might be a better value. For payments, we recommend downloading WeChat and linking your credit card for convenience, as you sometimes need to scan a code to order food. For transportation, we suggest downloading Didi China to call a taxi to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Port to report to immigration when crossing the border to Hong Kong.

We came to visit during the off-season before the summer holidays, and there were very few people around the park and pool, which was so comfortable! The outdoor pool was already open, so we could enjoy a good swim. We also tried the electric surfboard, which was a great experience! It rained heavily for several consecutive days, which was a bit disappointing. The cafe inside the Hengqin Bay Hotel changed its operating hours to only be open in the evenings, which was a bit inconvenient! The food was okay and reasonably priced! Transportation convenience: Direct bus access. Hotel location: Okay. Service: Good. Cleanliness: Good. Breakfast: Many varieties.
