Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel Zhuhai

Again! Again! Again! We went to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom again! Buying a package with accommodation on Klook offers the best price! You must stay at the Hengqin Bay Hotel; the rooms are spacious and clean, and the recreational facilities are comprehensive! We upgraded to a full ocean view room, directly facing the dolphin pool! Excellent! The aquarium at Spaceship Theme Park is truly captivating and never gets old! The Ocean Kingdom fireworks show is super spectacular and definitely not to be missed! Compared to other aquariums in Southeast Asia, the maintenance at Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship Theme Park is really well done! Convenience of transportation: Convenient! A direct bus from Kwun Tong goes straight to the hotel, taking about two hours. Service: Good. Hotel location: There are frequent shuttle buses to Spaceship Theme Park and Ocean Kingdom, or you can take a boat. Cleanliness: As always, it won't disappoint you. Breakfast: Large space, wide variety of food, and efficient staff service.

The hotel is very large and smells wonderful. There's a convenient shuttle bus for getting around. My daughter's visit coincided with her birthday, and the hotel provided a small, delicious cake and decorated the room with a light-up sign. My family was very happy. The buffet offered a huge selection of food, and the desserts were tasty. There's also a swimming pool and a private dolphin show, so you don't have to compete with crowds.

Very easy to book and simply get everything one stop at the hotel. Nice place to stay in with good family room as we get upgraded!! Btw the dolphins at the hotel are great. You can see them swimming without crowds next to you.

When you stay here, you can show the QR code to the staff to check in. You will receive 2 adult tickets and 1 child ticket. There is a boat here that you can take to Ocean Kingdom. In the evening, there is a dolphin show at the hotel. The swimming pool is very big and beautiful. There are many restaurants in the hotel.

Also, give the QR code to the staff. The staff will check in for you. You will receive 3 spaceport ship tickets, 2 for adults and 1 for children. After checking in, you will not get a room. You can leave your luggage and take the shuttle bus to the space ship park.

As a package, it brings my kid a wonderful trip. The hotel is well-facilitated and kids friendly. It’s a hot summer but my kid will remember his fascinating experience in Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Spaceship.

Booked our family’s second staycation this year at Heqin Bay Hotel for a birthday celebration. Arrived early at 11:30am but was not given the room until 3pm, which was very inconvenient for our family with young children as we needed a place to rest and feed the children after a 3 hours journey from hk to zhuhai. Children were tired and hungry and cranky. Receptionist was very kind to note that it was my birthday and gave us a card to say that we will be given a complimentary fruit platter, birthday cake, free upgrade of room (we manage to see fireworks), 1pm late check out, birthday decoration in room, birthday discounts for dine in and purchases at their hotel. It was a lovely gesture. Slight hiccup between Klook and hotel with regards to the buffet dinner package that was included but the hotel receptionist said that we don’t have the dinner buffet package and so I contacted klook, despite the miscommunication, klook handled it for me as soon as they could and rectify the issue for me within the day. Thank you Klook for the after sale service. All in all, we throughly enjoyed ourselves and klook always have a good package deal. Our third chimelong staycation purchase with klook this year and will look forward to our next.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the inviting atmosphere and the attentive staff. The hotel package I availed myself of was not only affordable, but also incredibly attractive, especially during the Christmas holiday season. It truly added a touch of magic to my stay. The hotel itself exuded elegance and charm. The lobby was beautifully decorated with festive ornaments and twinkling lights, instantly putting me in a joyful mood. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff ensuring that I felt welcomed and comfortable from the very beginning. Upon entering my room, I was delighted to find it tastefully decorated with a Christmas theme. The attention to detail was remarkable, as there were little touches of festive cheer everywhere, from the Christmas tree adorned with sparkling ornaments to the stockings hanging by the fireplace. It created a warm and cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided exceeded my expectations. From the fully stocked mini-bar to the luxurious bathrobe and slippers, every aspect of my comfort was taken care of. The hotel staff were exceptional throughout my stay. Arrive at the hotel early in the morning, get the tickets, and take the park's special bus to Chimelong. The main attraction on the first day is Ocean Kingdom. You have to buy a raincoat before you can play the super rapids that must be wet! Watch the circus show in the afternoon, the performance is exciting and not boring! You can eat mainly at the food court in front of the Penguin Hotel, which is relatively more economical than in the park! We left after watching the fireworks on Saturday night, and there was a huge crowd of people. Fortunately, we stayed in a hotel next door, so we didn’t have to drive away with others! The rooms in the Hengqin Bay Hotel are good, but they are starting to look a bit old, and the water world is only half open, but it is fun to watch dolphins playing in the dolphin pool! The main attraction on the second day is the spaceship. There are many large aquatic animals and specimens to see. Since it opens in September, it feels more attractive than Ocean King Week. There is also a food court inside, and the price is acceptable! There are many buses that can return to Hengqin Port after leaving, which is very convenient!

Great value! The package, including tickets, a show, and a hotel, works out to be about the same price as buying everything separately. However, the three-day pass allows unlimited entry and exit, giving you the flexibility to plan your time as you wish. If you get tired, you can return to the hotel to rest at any time. Plus, the Hengqin Bay Hotel is located within the park, and there's a direct shuttle bus downstairs that goes to the two main theme parks. Compared to the other two hotels, this one also has an extra water park where you can enjoy water activities (I only went to the outdoor area for a quick dip). I'm very satisfied. One thing to note is that if you order from Meituan, you'll need to go downstairs to pick it up yourself, as the delivery drivers aren't allowed inside. They have to drive to the foot of the hill and then walk up to deliver, so they usually call you about 10 minutes in advance to ask you to come down. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth recommending.
