Chimelong Penguin Hotel Zhuhai

We highly recommend a three-day, two-night stay to fully enjoy everything. Remember to bring pain relief patches, as you'll easily walk nearly 20,000 steps daily, no joke! If you have children, avoid renting a stroller at the hotel; it's super expensive, with a 1000 deposit and 90/day rental fee. On our first day, without a stroller, carrying our child after the Chimelong Show was exhausting and led to a meltdown. The next day, we used WeChat Pay & Services > Meituan to search for "Chimelong Paradise baby stroller," and found one for only 20 a day with no deposit (you just have to pick it up outside the hotel, which isn't far). Bring plenty of Taiwanese snacks and instant noodles for quick, easy meals when the kids get hungry, then have a proper dinner later, as food inside the park is quite pricey. We highly recommend the delicious skewers sold at a stall downstairs at the Penguin Hotel. Transportation: It's very convenient to fly from Taichung to Macau and then transfer to Hengqin. Breakfast: On our last day, we booked the Penguin Hotel buffet, which offered a wide variety of food. Service: All staff members in the park truly prioritize family-friendly service. Cleanliness: It's also very clean. Don't miss the Chimelong Show, the Whale Shark performance, and the evening fireworks!

This is my favorite place to stay. It's so worth it, I can't even express how much. The staff are attentive, the room is clean, there's no cigarette smell, and the room is charming. It has amenities and several bottles of water with cute designs that my child loved. It's a beautiful hotel, perfect for someone like me who loves penguins. Cleanliness: The room is extremely clean.

Chimelong Zhuhai is a great place for families to enjoy a holiday. The Penguin Hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from Ocean Kingdom. The hotel rooms are clean and uniquely designed, with cute and themed wall art. The design of the Penguin Restaurant and food street, allowing guests to observe penguins up close, is also commendable! The only downside was that the restaurant was extremely crowded and chaotic on the day we had the buffet, as it coincided with a public holiday in China. Enjoying a meal while watching the fireworks at the high-rise Fireworks Terrace Chinese Restaurant is a fantastic experience with a superb view! As for the design of Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Spaceship, it truly deserves praise. A three-day, two-night trip is the minimum recommended, as two days and one night is not enough. We highly recommend visiting again and again!

Super highly recommended package. We are a family of 6 of 3 adults and 3 children. Booked 2 rooms in this package and everything was a breeze. The rooms were awesome and very clean. Cleaning staff were always so friendly. The rooms are catered especially for the little kids. My kids were over the moon staying for two nights here. Package came with 3day-tickets for 6 of us for access for 2 theme parks (spaceship and ocean kingdom)as well as a circus performance. Everything was beyond our expectations. We did not get to go to spaceship park at all because the kids could not have enough of the Ocean Kingdom. It is a theme park and an Oceanarium with educational shows all at once. Hotel guests are give 1 hour early access which was really nice too. Highly recommend this package.

After hesitating for a long time among the four Chimelong hotels, I finally chose the Penguin Hotel, and after checking in, it proved to be a very wise choice. Although the decoration is old and the rooms are small, it has an excellent location, very close to Ocean Kingdom, so you can always return to the hotel to rest, eat, and use the restroom. Especially after watching the fireworks show every night, you can walk back to the hotel in minutes, which is the happiest moment 😂 This Klook discount package is very cost-effective. A family of four staying for two nights, with three-day tickets to two parks + the stunning Chimelong show, costs only over 3,000 RMB in total, but the excitement far exceeded our expectations. The whole family had a lot of fun. Chimelong is definitely worth visiting 👍

Chimelong Penguin Hotel is a very large hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are complete. The staff provides excellent service, even though they don't speak English. The package we purchased was worth it, including accommodation, meals, and the amusement park. The area here is very large, so be prepared for a lot of walking. You need to be physically prepared when visiting here.

We booked the 3 days 2 nights package at Chimelong Penguin Hotel and it was such a fantastic family experience! The package included stay for 2 adults with 2 children free, plus entrance tickets to Ocean Kingdom, the Spaceship Theme Park, and the Kaka Theatre Circus Show. The kids were thrilled with all the attractions, and we loved how everything was bundled together for convenience. An extra bonus is that an additional child can stay for free—though you’ll need to purchase entrance tickets separately for the parks. It’s a bit pricier, but honestly still worth it for the memories and fun. We chose the twin bed option, which turned out to be super single beds. They were surprisingly spacious and comfortable, easily fitting two adults without issue. The hotel itself is themed beautifully, and being right next to the attractions made everything so easy and stress-free. Overall, this package is excellent value for families.

what a fun experience !! our daughter spent her birthday there and there were free deco and late check out! the hotel itself was full of cute decorations. we enjoyed the show as well as both theme parks. it was easy to book the package thro klook. the ultimate access was easy for both parks. there were fireworks for every night !! there were many shows and parades everyday !

This hotel is awesome for kids! There are tons of activities, both free and paid. It's super close to Ocean Kingdom, and there's actually a walkway that takes you right into the park. The restaurant even has a penguin aquarium that you can check out while you’re enjoying breakfast or any other meals. They also provide cute baby amenities, which is great. During my stay, I joined in on their activities and ended up getting some cool gifts, too!
