It was a good idea to just get a hotel that has food provided. The dinner and Lunch buffet WAS AMAZING, they had seafood, steaks and chicken. Wish they gave us Breakfast at Coral restaurant instead of lunch but still good. Dinner provided is indeed on the day you arrive and Lunch is the day after you checked-in. Coral restaurant has the view of the Aquarium. Chimelong show is only on the day that you check in, highly recommend to go earlier to get better seats as majority of the good seats get taken up fast. Fireworks is held everyday at 8pm Ocean Kingdom (outdoor), can be slightly seen at the pool at Chimelong Spaceship Hotel. Highly recommend the Orca show at Spaceship and Beluga show at Ocean Kingdom. You can walk to Ocean Kingdom from Spaceship, but its not very easy to walk to, just take the shuttle bus. Chimelong show is held at kaka Theatre so also take the shuttle bus. It rains a lot, buy a good raincoat to tackle Ocean Kingdom. You can pay extra to add a single bed per night.

The hotel is clean, and you can use standard Type A power plugs. You can access all shows, but you need to scan your passport for entry. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to Chimelong and the Aquarium, which is convenient and sufficient. The buffet dinner is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. There are restaurants available in the hotel, but prices range from 50-100 RMB. It might be more cost-effective to opt for the buffet. For payment, it's recommended to download WeChat and link your credit card for convenience, as you sometimes need to scan a code to order food. For transportation, it's advised to download Didi China to call a taxi to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge port for immigration clearance when crossing to Hong Kong.

I was upgraded to a 70 sq.m. room (with a view of the swamp from the window). The room was very large and well worth it for a trip here. The hotel service was excellent. Even if you just come to see the show and don't ride the attractions, it's still worth it, because nowhere else in Thailand offers anything comparable. The only downside is that the food inside the hotel is a bit expensive, but that can be solved by taking a DIDI to eat outside and shop for cheap souvenirs.

The 3-day, 2-night Chimelong Spaceship Hotel package was excellent value for money, and my family and I had a wonderful time. The hotel lobby is magnificent, and the front desk staff were very patient and helpful with check-in procedures. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. The housekeeping staff were friendly and always greeted us. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. Both Spaceship Park and Ocean Kingdom are huge, with plenty of facilities, and the restaurants are of high quality with tasty food. Not only are the rides thrilling and fun, but there are also interactive games that offer surprises. The Chimelong Show is definitely a gold medal winner. The shuttle bus service from the hotel to the parks was smooth and convenient; even with many people, it wasn't chaotic. The entire trip was very enjoyable. We will definitely visit again.

Booked a 4D3N package for ~18k. I was prepared for crowds, but nothing took too long to wait for, except for check-in, which took excessively long. The room was beautiful, very cute, and extremely clean. For the Chimelong show and buffet included in any package, you can change the date; just inform them at check-in. There were a lot of people, but the wait wasn't long, and everything was managed very well.

The staff at the Chimelong Hotel front desk explained everything in great detail. Because of the large crowds during the Easter holiday, they suggested we drop off our luggage and go play first, so we wouldn't waste time waiting for our room. When they realized we were from Hong Kong, they switched to Cantonese for the conversation. This package included tickets to three theme parks, and the hotel was very convenient. Chimelong Paradise is huge, and staying at the Chimelong Hotel meant we could just walk over, so we didn't have to worry about rain. We could also enter an hour early to start playing. The circus was also very exciting. Ocean Kingdom is a very large place, and we specifically waited until 8 PM to watch the fireworks, which could be seen from all directions. The children found it very spectacular. Three days and two nights was plenty of time, and this package is very suitable for family travel. Also, I'd like to especially thank the Klook team for helping me cancel for free and change the date when I couldn't take leave from work previously. I will definitely buy again next time! Inside, there's a shuttle bus that goes everywhere within the network. Service: Staff provide excellent service and are very helpful with everything. Cleanliness: The hotel is new and good, rooms are large and clean. Transportation to services: You can call from the front of the hotel, very easy.

For the first time, our family visited the Spaceship Hotel. The staff were excellent and patiently explained everything to us. The hotel is huge and full of surprises. The room was very clean and odorless. The room staff were very polite, and the facilities were perfect. You must try the breakfast; there's a wide variety, and the children loved it. You can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner within the hotel premises. On the first day, we went to the Spaceship Theme Park, and in the evening, we watched the circus, which was incredibly surprising and a must-see. On the second day, we visited Ocean Kingdom. It was crowded, but the rides were perfect for my children, and they played all day. In the evening, we ordered dinner and ate it back in our room. On the third day, we went back to the Spaceship Theme Park. At 4 PM, we went to see the Whale Shark Theater – it's a must-see! Around 5 PM, we returned to Hong Kong. Everything went smoothly from day 1 to day 3. The Didi drivers in Zhuhai were very friendly. We will definitely stay at the Spaceship Hotel again! 👍👍

Chimelong Spaceship Hotel and Theme Park are truly underrated! The park, aquarium, and activities are massive and incredibly enjoyable, with so much to explore. The hotel room is very comfortable and offers a stunning view of the Spaceship, along with a spectacular fireworks show from Ocean Kingdom. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, which really enhances the experience. The only drawback is the limited availability of halal, vegan, or fast-food options, but this is something that can likely be improved as the resort continues to expand.
