Hotel Chimelong Penguin de Zhuhai

It's highly recommended to stay for at least three days and two nights to fully enjoy everything. Remember to bring pain relief patches 😆, as you'll genuinely be walking almost 20,000 steps daily, no joke. If you have children, absolutely do not rent a stroller at the hotel; it's super expensive, with a 1000 deposit and 90/day rental fee. On our first day, without a stroller, we were exhausted carrying our child. After the Chimelong Show, he fell asleep, and carrying him back directly led to our breakdown. On the second day, we immediately opened WeChat Pay & Services -> Meituan -> searched 🔍 Chimelong Paradise stroller. It was only 20 a day with no deposit (though you have to pick it up outside the hotel, but it's not far). Bring plenty of Taiwanese snacks and instant noodles so your child can easily eat when hungry, and then have a proper meal in the evening, otherwise, food inside the park is really not cheap. There's a skewer stall downstairs at the Penguin Hotel that's highly recommended and delicious. Convenience of transportation: It's very convenient to fly from Taichung to Macau and then come over from Hengqin. Breakfast: On the last day, we booked the Penguin Hotel buffet, which had a wide variety of food. Service: All the staff in the park truly prioritize family-friendly service 👍🏻. Cleanliness: Also very clean. 🌟 Chimelong Show, Whale Shark Show, and evening fireworks are must-sees 🌟

This is my favorite accommodation. It's so worth it, I don't even know what to say. The staff took great care of us, the room was clean, didn't smell of smoke, and was lovely. It had amenities and several bottles of water with cute designs. My child loved it. It's a beautiful hotel, perfect for people like us who love penguins. Cleanliness: The room was very, very clean.

Zhuhai Chimelong is a great place for families to spend their holidays. The Penguin Hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk to Ocean Kingdom. The hotel rooms are clean and uniquely designed, with cute and themed wall art. The design of the Penguin Restaurant and Food Street, allowing guests to view penguins up close, is also commendable! The only downside was that on the day we had the buffet, it coincided with a national holiday, so the restaurant was extremely crowded and chaotic! Enjoying delicious food while watching fireworks at the high-floor Fireworks Chinese Restaurant is an even greater pleasure, with a first-class view! As for the design of Ocean Kingdom and the Spaceship Theme Park, it truly deserves praise. A three-day, two-night stay is the basic itinerary; two days and one night is not enough. Everyone should definitely visit again and again!

Super highly recommended package. We are a family of 6 of 3 adults and 3 children. Booked 2 rooms in this package and everything was a breeze. The rooms were awesome and very clean. Cleaning staff were always so friendly. The rooms are catered especially for the little kids. My kids were over the moon staying for two nights here. Package came with 3day-tickets for 6 of us for access for 2 theme parks (spaceship and ocean kingdom)as well as a circus performance. Everything was beyond our expectations. We did not get to go to spaceship park at all because the kids could not have enough of the Ocean Kingdom. It is a theme park and an Oceanarium with educational shows all at once. Hotel guests are give 1 hour early access which was really nice too. Highly recommend this package.

After much deliberation among the four Chimelong hotels, we finally chose the Penguin Hotel, and our stay proved it to be a very wise decision. Although the decor is a bit old and the rooms are small, its location is superb, very close to the Ocean Kingdom. We could return to the hotel at any time to rest, dine, use the restroom, etc. Especially after watching the fireworks show every night, being able to walk back to the hotel in minutes was the happiest moment 😂. This Klook discount package was incredibly cost-effective; for a family of four staying two nights, it included three-day passes to two parks plus the stunning Chimelong Show, all for just over 3,000 RMB. The experience far exceeded our expectations, and the whole family had a fantastic time. Chimelong is definitely worth a visit! 👍

The Chimelong Penguin Hotel is very large, and the rooms are spacious with complete facilities. The staff provided excellent service, even though they didn't speak English. The package we bought was great value, including accommodation, meals, and theme park access. The area here is huge, so much so that you'll get tired from walking. You need to be well-prepared physically when visiting here.

We booked the 3 days 2 nights package at Chimelong Penguin Hotel and it was such a fantastic family experience! The package included stay for 2 adults with 2 children free, plus entrance tickets to Ocean Kingdom, the Spaceship Theme Park, and the Kaka Theatre Circus Show. The kids were thrilled with all the attractions, and we loved how everything was bundled together for convenience. An extra bonus is that an additional child can stay for free—though you’ll need to purchase entrance tickets separately for the parks. It’s a bit pricier, but honestly still worth it for the memories and fun. We chose the twin bed option, which turned out to be super single beds. They were surprisingly spacious and comfortable, easily fitting two adults without issue. The hotel itself is themed beautifully, and being right next to the attractions made everything so easy and stress-free. Overall, this package is excellent value for families.

This hotel is awesome for kids! There are tons of activities, both free and paid. It's super close to Ocean Kingdom, and there's actually a walkway that takes you right into the park. The restaurant even has a penguin aquarium that you can check out while you’re enjoying breakfast or any other meals. They also provide cute baby amenities, which is great. During my stay, I joined in on their activities and ended up getting some cool gifts, too!

The shows are spectacular and worth the price, featuring orcas, belugas, and whale sharks. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and you can enjoy your meal while watching penguins.
