The staff are friendly and kind, the rooms are clean and bright, with a wide view, and there are on-demand movies available for viewing. The pool is not large, but it has a shallow area for children to play in, and it's very beautiful when the skylight is open in the morning. Initially, the pool staff couldn't open the retractable roof, but when we went swimming again the next day, the staff proactively opened it, allowing us to enjoy the indoor pool with natural light. Their work attitude is commendable! The hotel provides a shuttle bus, but the frequency is sparse. We had an unpleasant experience: we had pre-booked seats for 8:00 PM from Hengqin Port back to the hotel. When we arrived at the station at 7:50 PM, the bus was already parked with the engine off, and the driver (we later found out it was him) was smoking nearby. Five minutes after the scheduled departure time, we called the hotel to inquire if there was a bus back to the hotel. Only after the hotel notified the driver did he get on the bus and start it. The service attitude was disappointing.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff were very friendly, and the housekeeping auntie was also very attentive. The children were very happy to see the ball pit and the swimming pool. I just felt that adding breakfast was a bit expensive. Even though the front desk lady told me that Meituan offered a better deal, there was no children's price, so I still felt the value for money wasn't that high. The lobby manager, Kent, was very friendly and asked for our feedback on our stay. I mentioned that the hotel is a bit far from the shopping mall and there are no convenience stores nearby, so we couldn't buy ice cream or snacks. Everything else was great.

I contacted Klook customer service to inform them it was a birthday celebration. The customer service representative helped contact the hotel. Upon check-in, the hotel proactively upgraded our room and provided some decorations. There was a birthday cake, but it took some time for it to be delivered, probably due to staff shortages. The breakfast was quite substantial. As for the location, it's close to Ocean Park, but a bit far from the main shopping malls, taking about 30 minutes by taxi. It's a little inconvenient.

However, there was a seminar recently, and the mall was closed, so we had to go through the car park to reach the pier, which felt a bit unsafe. The breakfast was also very rich. Most of the staff spoke Mandarin, which led to some communication difficulties 😂

The facilities are insufficient, and the hotel staff are unfamiliar with their duties. Upon check-in, I was informed that my Klook booking could not be found. The twin room did not have a bathtub. The buffet breakfast was acceptable, but the afternoon tea was rather disappointing.

Other platforms did not offer these great perks. The hotel's breakfast is relatively rich and diverse. This hotel is actually a bit far out; it takes more than ten minutes by taxi to get to dinner or shopping malls outside. However, the hotel's internal facilities include a swimming pool and a gym, but no sauna. There is a children's playroom, and the hygiene is excellent and very well maintained. Every room offers a distant lake view.
