這次入住主要是為了慶祝生日，作為這家酒店的忠實常客，這次體驗依然讓人感到無比溫馨與驚喜！ 在入住前，我提前與前台姐姐jovix聯繫，希望能夠幫忙安排生日佈置和生日蛋糕。沒想到一進房間，映入眼簾的是用毛巾精心摺疊成的「天鵝愛心」，不僅非常浪漫，而且拍照超級出片，儀式感直接拉滿！ 整個入住期間，前台jovix 姐姐的服務無微不至、無比貼心。看到我們帶着小朋友，還主動為我們提供了小朋友專用的鴨子造型水杯和洗手腳踏，細節之處盡顯用心。更讓我感動的是，由於入住當天我因為工作原因需要很晚才能到店，前台姐姐jovix 非常體貼地幫我協調，將原本當晚的行政樓層晚餐順延至第二天 Check-out 後享用，這種彈性又貼心的安排真的解了我的燃眉之急。 雖然已經是多次入住，但這家酒店始終在不斷進步與創新： 健身房升級：這次發現健身房新增了幾款專業的健身器材，還貼心地增加了人體體脂測量儀，方便隨時掌握運動數據。 瑜伽房細節拉滿：瑜伽房不僅為每張瑜伽墊都配備了專用毛巾，瑜伽滾輪也進行了更新，甚至還增加了沙包。更讚的是，瑜伽房的電視全程播放不同瑜伽動作的專業解說，讓我們能更方便、更正確地進行鍛鍊。 一家好的酒店不僅僅是保持品質，更能讓人每次來都能看到它的進步與用心。感謝所有工作人員的熱情與付出，給我們帶來了一個無可挑剔的生日之旅！強烈推薦給所有人，下次一定還會再來！

Hotel Location: Convenient and easy to find, connected to the Novotown shopping mall, and close to the Hengqin border crossing, making it convenient to visit Macau as well. Service: Excellent. All inquiries are answered, and any issues are promptly assisted with. When traveling with children, spending a bit more for a 5-star hotel is precisely to avoid hassle. Bringing children for a quick trip during Christmas, the Christmas buffet dinner & breakfast package was truly great. For children over 12, it was also convenient to purchase an additional Christmas buffet dinner before December 22nd. Adding breakfast on-site for just over a hundred yuan was also not expensive. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Transportation Convenience: Very convenient for self-driving, with free parking. There are also charging stations in section C on the second basement level of the parking lot. European standard charging stations can be found on Gaode Maps, not far from the hotel. Even without a car, taxis are very convenient. The mall downstairs offers dining, entertainment (go-karts, Pocket House), and it's very close to Chimelong, horse riding, and crossing over to Macau.

The hotel room was spacious with a good view. Even with the curtains closed, it was dark enough in the morning. The toilet and shower areas were separate, and the bathtub was large enough for children to enjoy their bath. You could choose between a handheld shower or a rain shower. Regarding hotel facilities, there are outdoor and indoor swimming pools. The weather was cool that day, and although the indoor pool was heated, it wasn't very warm. There's also a small indoor pool for children, but it's quite small with very shallow water, some balls, and a rubber duck for them to play with, suitable for kindergarten-aged children. The 'Joyful Camp' play area for children isn't very large. It has a small rope net, building block areas for different ages, and two arcade machines (shooting/driving games). On the day we visited, there was a cotton candy making activity, which the children enjoyed. It's enough to keep them entertained for about an hour. There's an outdoor playground, but the staff didn't seem very knowledgeable about it, so we didn't end up going. The gym is quite large and comfortable, with a good number of machines available. For breakfast, I found it very rich and varied, of good hotel quality, and felt hygienic. Unfortunately, although it's very close to a shopping mall, the mall's amenities are very average and it felt deserted. There's no need to visit unless you're going directly to one of the children's play areas there. There's also Tesla charging, but I didn't try it that day.

That's right. The welcome at check-in was already excellent, the room was spacious, the toilet and shower were separate (wet and dry areas), and the cleanliness was okay. For $3000, it included a Christmas Day buffet dinner for two adults and one child, featuring oysters, lobster, hairy crabs, freshly carved bluefin tuna, a three-meter-long Christmas log cake... It also included the next day's buffet breakfast for two adults and one child. There's really nothing to complain about.

Hotel location: Right in the Hengqin Novotown shopping mall, very easy to find. There are a few outdoor parking spaces on the ground level, and many more in the underground garage, so no worries about rain. Breakfast: The buffet is excellent, with plenty of seating. The food tastes good. Cleanliness: The room is large and very clean. The only area for improvement is that the toilet room has no window and no ventilation, so if you have a bowel movement, the smell can be quite strong.

酒店大堂服務員TIM，十分有善，幫我們安排登記入住，整個流程十分流暢，講解亦好詳細，令我們對貴酒店嘅第一個印象已經係一個十分好嘅開始，酒店見到我哋登記入住時提供嘅證件，知道同行有人生日，十分驚喜喺夜晚特登送一個生日蛋糕畀我哋慶祝，仲好細心提供蠟燭同火柴，送蛋糕嘅職員叫吳明邦，笑容十分親切，喺佢面上嘅笑容都令我哋感受到酒店對我哋嘅一份小心意，令我哋都十分甜絲絲、開心滿意♥️。晚餐起中菜廳享用，食物質素不過不失，相反第二朝嘅早餐令到我哋有驚喜，款式多、食物質素高。酒店整體畀我哋感覺都係十分良好，職員好有禮貌，我哋都感受到佢哋好有熱誠。真心讚 👏👏👏

這次三天兩夜住下來，整體感覺相當愉快，屬於「宅飯店也不會悶」的那種。 親子設施 酒店對小朋友非常友善，同時有室內同室外泳池，加上閱讀室同遊戲室，小朋友放電無難度。唯一小小建議係：如果戶外泳池可以開到夜晚就更完美，天氣涼爽時游一轉會好chill。 客房體驗 房間面積闊落、收納空間充足，住起上嚟幾舒服。不過冷氣稍嫌「唔夠力」，即使調到16°C都覺得偏焗，夜晚仲有少少出汗；希望酒店可以加強房內空調效能。 自助早餐 早餐表現非常出色，選擇多到目不暇給，基本上中西式都有照顧到，大人小朋友都搵到啱食嘅。員工補菜勤快、指引周到，服務感受一流。 Happy Hour 體驗 旅程中最驚喜嘅環節！時段內酒水無限續杯，氛圍輕鬆又唔吵，啱晒同朋友聚一聚、傾下計。以酒店同級數嚟講，CP值相當高。 服務與貼心度 前台同樓層服務都非常出色，特別幫我哋安排相連客房，而且中間有連通門，晚黑可以先安置小朋友訓覺，我哋大人就去隔離房慢慢chill，呢點真係加好多分。 商場配套 酒店樓下商場面積大、環境新淨，亦有小朋友玩樂設施，不過整體人氣同店舖密度未算太旺，逛起上嚟會覺得靜了一點；如果想掃街購物，預期要放低啲。 總結 整體係一間非常適合親子放空嘅度假酒店：設施齊全、早餐同Happy Hour都好驚喜，服務亦相當貼心。若能改善房內冷氣效能、延長戶外泳池開放時間，就幾乎無可挑剔。 三日兩夜剛剛好，基本唔需要特別出去走，留喺酒店已經夠玩夠休息。

酒店穿梭巴士由港珠澳大橋停車場直達，很方便；前台職員Eli小姐態度親善有禮，詳細講解酒店設施及服務，值得予以表揚；房間佈置雅潔，不落俗套，本人整體都很滿意。
