Hotel Location: Convenient and easy to find, connected to the Novotown shopping mall, and close to the Hengqin border crossing, making it convenient to visit Macau as well. Service: Excellent. All inquiries are answered, and any issues are promptly assisted with. When traveling with children, spending a bit more for a 5-star hotel is precisely to avoid hassle. Bringing children for a quick trip during Christmas, the Christmas buffet dinner & breakfast package was truly great. For children over 12, it was also convenient to purchase an additional Christmas buffet dinner before December 22nd. Adding breakfast on-site for just over a hundred yuan was also not expensive. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Transportation Convenience: Very convenient for self-driving, with free parking. There are also charging stations in section C on the second basement level of the parking lot. European standard charging stations can be found on Gaode Maps, not far from the hotel. Even without a car, taxis are very convenient. The mall downstairs offers dining, entertainment (go-karts, Pocket House), and it's very close to Chimelong, horse riding, and crossing over to Macau.

The hotel room was spacious with a good view. Even with the curtains closed, it was dark enough in the morning. The toilet and shower areas were separate, and the bathtub was large enough for children to enjoy their bath. You could choose between a handheld shower or a rain shower. Regarding hotel facilities, there are outdoor and indoor swimming pools. The weather was cool that day, and although the indoor pool was heated, it wasn't very warm. There's also a small indoor pool for children, but it's quite small with very shallow water, some balls, and a rubber duck for them to play with, suitable for kindergarten-aged children. The 'Joyful Camp' play area for children isn't very large. It has a small rope net, building block areas for different ages, and two arcade machines (shooting/driving games). On the day we visited, there was a cotton candy making activity, which the children enjoyed. It's enough to keep them entertained for about an hour. There's an outdoor playground, but the staff didn't seem very knowledgeable about it, so we didn't end up going. The gym is quite large and comfortable, with a good number of machines available. For breakfast, I found it very rich and varied, of good hotel quality, and felt hygienic. Unfortunately, although it's very close to a shopping mall, the mall's amenities are very average and it felt deserted. There's no need to visit unless you're going directly to one of the children's play areas there. There's also Tesla charging, but I didn't try it that day.

The hotel service (staff and attendants) is excellent, maintaining the same high standard as the Grand Hyatt in Hong Kong! The room is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the soundproofing is great, so there's no noise from the corridor or people entering and exiting. The Klook package also includes a breakfast buffet, and the restaurant's food is abundant, delicious, and visually appealing. There's a wide variety for breakfast, with a special mention for the crispy and delicious fried dough sticks, as well as omelettes, fried eggs, pancakes, milkshakes, four types of congee, various juices, and noodle soup. The restaurant seating is also comfortable. The package also includes tickets to Lionsgate Entertainment World, which offers a pretty good VR experience.

This was my first trip to Zhuhai, and I booked this hotel on the Klook platform. The hotel is newly built, and upon check-in, there was still a faint smell of renovation in the room. The location is a bit remote. If you're coming from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, the hotel's shuttle bus has time restrictions. Otherwise, like me on my first visit to Zhuhai, not knowing how to call a taxi and having missed the shuttle bus, I spent a long time at the port. Fortunately, a lady at the port's customer service counter helped me call a taxi to get to the hotel. The hotel staff were very nice. During this stay, I enjoyed the hotel's spa. The lady who greeted me and performed the spa treatment was incredibly kind. I had originally planned to do it on the day of check-in, but it was fully booked, so I rescheduled for the next day. However, their operating hours start at 2:30 PM. I told her we needed to check out and wanted to return to Hong Kong early due to a potential typhoon. She actually allowed me to do the spa at 1:00 PM. This spa therapist deserves high praise!

The hotel is new and beautiful, the room is large and comfortable, with sufficient lighting and an open view. Although not on a very high floor, you can still see far into the distance. The large bed is comfortable and tidy, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The shower room has both a ceiling-mounted showerhead and a regular one, which can be used simultaneously. Additionally, the bathtub can also be used at the same time, and all three water sources have strong pressure with sufficiently hot water, making for an excellent showering experience. The package includes two days of breakfast, with a wide variety of food and a tranquil environment. Despite many guests, the arrangements are still very good, with spacious areas and comfortable seating. We are very satisfied and highly recommend it. It also includes one dinner, with a superb ambiance and a menu where you can select several dishes from different categories. The food is generally good, except for the jellyfish seasoned with wasabi, which was a bit strange; other dishes were fine. The package also includes admission tickets for two adults and one child to the National Geographic Exploration Center. The content is more suitable for children, and adults might find it boring.

Five-star hotel, five-star room. This time we booked a family-themed room, and the children loved it so much they didn't want to leave for the first time. They promised to come back again. Additionally, the hotel breakfast offers a rich variety of food, and there's a Meituan delivery cabinet downstairs, so you don't have to worry about going hungry. As for the National Geographic Exploration Center, one visit is enough. Some facilities are clearly not well-maintained, and some require you to actively find staff to open them. Moreover, there are only sixteen facilities and activities; we went in around 10 AM and finished playing by 12 PM.

This is our second stay. Although it was very crowded on Friday, the hotel upgraded our room. The room was clean; the only downside was that the bathroom door was very heavy and required a lot of force to open. It would be even better if this could be improved. I specifically booked for Friday to enjoy the buffet dinner. The food quality was quite good. Although there are many other dining options nearby, if you choose to stay here, I recommend trying the buffet dinner on a Friday or Saturday. The breakfast buffet also offers a wide variety of food. Even with many people, the hotel is spacious enough to accommodate many guests dining at the same time, so there's no need to worry about not finding a seat.

The hotel's location is a bit remote; it's close to Hengqin Port, but about a 20-30 minute drive to Gongbei Port or the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Port. The hotel is directly connected to the Novotown shopping mall. Although the mall has very few shops open, it's great for children of all ages to play. The hotel breakfast is very rich, with a wide variety of choices and excellent taste, ranking among the best in many five-star hotels and highly recommended. The first room assigned had a damp, moldy smell, which the front desk quickly addressed by changing our room. The hotel staff's service is still very good. Guests receive free parking.

Hotel location: Right in the Hengqin Novotown shopping mall, very easy to find. There are a few outdoor parking spaces on the ground level, and many more in the underground garage, so no worries about rain. Breakfast: The buffet is excellent, with plenty of seating. The food tastes good. Cleanliness: The room is large and very clean. The only area for improvement is that the toilet room has no window and no ventilation, so if you have a bowel movement, the smell can be quite strong.
