Wow! That was my family's first reaction! Indeed, the hotel is wonderful, the service is top-notch, they did their best to serve and ensure guests were treated well! This hotel also provided a complimentary BBQ set meal! It was very worthwhile! The taste was also great! The environment was quite good too! Thank you, Molly, for taking care of us! And one male waiter (I forgot his name) even gave us 12 bottles of beer! It's such a shame we only stayed for two nights! We will definitely come back next time!

It is a joyful experience to spend a night at this blissful 3-bedroom villa with friends. The villa is spacious, and we especially liked the Japanese-style tea room in the living area. The hotel's lobby is tastefully decorated, and the staff are efficient and friendly. They always responded to our requests promptly, especially Steven, who is very enthusiastic and helped us reserve a room at the Chinese restaurant for dinner. The dishes are delicious with nice presentation. The complimentary breakfast buffet has a variety of choices and tastes good as well. All in all, it's worth coming back next time.

Today, January 19, 2024, to avoid the crowds, we chose to celebrate my wife's birthday in advance. Let's not even mention the warm welcome from the front desk. This time, I must start with the Reservations Department Manager. After emailing to explain the reason for our stay, the manager immediately made arrangements – a big 'thumbs up' 👍🏻! Upon entering the room and turning on the TV, we noticed that management had clearly reviewed previous feedback and made significant improvements; the TV channel selection was much better... another 'thumbs up'. I also want to specifically commend the 'driver' with glasses who was responsible for driving the 'golf cart'. In the evening, when my wife and I took a 'taxi' back to the resort, the gentleman with glasses proactively asked if we needed a ride back to our accommodation. We really appreciated it 👏. The housekeeping staff responsible for the 'turndown service' in the evening was also very professional. Another 'thumbs up' 👍🏻. The quality of the breakfast food was also much better than last time (January 1, 2024). The female staff member responsible for reception also proactively asked about the food quality and helped us resolve the issue of our child's mobile game being too loud – another 'thumbs up' 👍🏻‼️ We hope you will continue to improve. Great experience, new and clean hotel, we have the two bedroom villa package and it was a wonderful family vacation. The BBq set is good value for money, on top of the set, they gave us twelve bottles of beer, two pitchers of fresh juice and a bottle of non alcoholic sparkling wine! The free minibar is also very impressive - go check it out!

Due to the pandemic, the opening was delayed by a few years, so the facilities are still quite new. The room is very spacious, and the most special feature is the tatami area, which gives a great sense of space, truly befitting a resort. The highlight is the extra-large balcony in the room, complete with a large lounge chair, perfect for gazing at the scenery and relaxing. This package also included admission tickets for two to the hot springs. The environment is excellent, with various types of hot springs. When we went in the evening, there weren't many people, allowing us to fully enjoy the comfortable hot springs and sauna!

我訂是親子酒店鴨仔主題，環境舒適，房間好大。馬筒是全自動，浴室水溫超正。晚餐及早餐自助餐好好食。惟一覺得泳池不夠大。對小朋友來說波波池泳池都足夠她玩。酒店也有活動DIY手作，可以打發時間。另外如果叫外賣，好多都不送或另外加錢。建議食飽先返酒店🤣

I recently stayed at the Banyan Tree Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The environment was peaceful, allowing me to instantly relax. The villa was spacious and bright, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel features a spa, gym, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, adding more fun to our vacation. The breakfast offered many choices and was very rich. Fantastic! This time, I booked a superb villa at an excellent price and enjoyed first-class service! The hotel environment truly felt like a Southeast Asian getaway. Although it was a bit far from the lobby, there was always a car service available to pick us up and drop us off 👏🏻. We also enjoyed the amazing signature Spa – highly recommended!
