This is a new hotel, located within a 5-minute walk from Hengqin Port. Once all entrances and exits of the Hengqin Port station are open in the future, it will be even more convenient to travel to and from the hotel. The hotel lobby is on the 27th floor, and the staff are very friendly. On weekdays, it's not too crowded, and the view overlooks the Hengqin Campus of the University of Macau and the Hengqin Campus of the Macau University of Science and Technology. You can also see the Hengqin Bay Hotel, the Spaceship, and the Spaceship Hotel in the distance. The front desk helped upgrade our room to a river view room, which faces the University of Macau and Ponte 16. The soundproofing is excellent; we didn't hear any noise all night. The bed is very comfortable, and while the room isn't extremely large, it's not small either – enough for two adults to move around without needing to make way for each other. Upon check-in, we received complimentary hotel cookies, which were quite tasty. For dinner, the portions were more than sufficient for two adults, and the food tasted very good.

Location and Transportation: This newly opened hotel is genuinely close to Hengqin Port. After exiting Hengqin Port, it's about a 6-minute walk to the left. Look for a very tall building with "中葡 Sinoport" and "WINSWAY" at the top; this is the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel. Upon entering the building, you'll need to take the elevator directly to the 27th floor for check-in at the service counter. Restaurant: The restaurant and cafe are both on the 27th floor. Afternoon tea at the cafe is available until 5:30 PM. On weekdays, the restaurant only offers à la carte dinner from the menu; there is no buffet dinner or evening set menu, so you might find more dining options by going out. The buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant, offering a wide variety of Chinese and Western options, which are quite delicious. The restaurant also has plenty of seating. Service: On the weekday we checked in, around 4:30 PM, we were initially assigned a room on the 34th floor. The staff informed us that the room had been cleaned but needed a final verification check by staff. They suggested we enjoy afternoon tea at the cafe first before heading to our room. However, later the staff mentioned there was a slight issue with the originally assigned room on the 34th floor, so we were moved to a room on the 31st floor, which wasn't a major problem. Nevertheless, we discovered during showering that the shampoo and shower gel bottles were completely empty, not a single drop, and the body lotion was also nearly depleted. After notifying the hotel, staff quickly arrived to replace them and offered their apologies. Room View: We stayed on the 31st floor in a DoubleTree River View room. Upon entering the room, the curtains automatically opened, revealing a very open view with no buildings obstructing the sightline. Room Facilities: The facilities are very new, clean, and hygienic. The bed and bedding are also very comfortable. However, the air conditioning temperature could not be adjusted to a lower setting. Sleeping with the duvet was too hot and caused sweating, but without it, it felt cold. The hotel's Wi-Fi was very smooth and fast, which was excellent. However, the TV was positioned a little too low. The bathroom glass has an adjustable misting function, which was quite interesting. But the hairdryer was just average. Additionally, the swimming pool is still under renovation and not open to guests (a minus point). The gym, however, is open 24 hours, and you can access it by simply tapping your room card.

A very satisfying experience! The day before I checked in, I used WeChat to ask the hotel if they could help decorate for a birthday celebration. When I checked in, the hotel reception told me they had received my request in advance, and the room was already decorated. They also gave me a mango cake and allowed me to check out late at 2 PM the next day. There were balloons, a birthday card, flags, a towel cake, lights, and the words "Happy Birthday" spelled out with flower petals on the bed – very thoughtful! The breakfast was excellent with many choices. The afternoon tea was just average. The service was great, and the room was large and very new.

The hotel environment is clean, comfortable, and exudes a sense of luxury! This time, I specifically booked a breakfast buffet for my family of three. I had read reviews beforehand, and many guests gave it high marks. After eating, the food quality was indeed as good as the reviews said, and it was a pleasant surprise! What left the deepest impression was a staff member named Zhang Tao. I tried a cup of coffee and found it delicious, so I wanted another. At this point, Mr. Zhang Tao, the server, actually offered to specially prepare a cup of coffee tailored to my taste! He even asked me to return to my seat and wait for him to brew it and bring it over for me to try. The result truly exceeded my expectations! Such thoughtful dining service is truly rare!

Newly opened, the rooms are new and clean. The twin rooms have Japanese-style showers and bathtubs. Breakfast is plentiful, and the shopping mall diagonally opposite also has delicious restaurants and dessert shops. It offers great value for money.

今次訂了2個房間，連早餐及下午茶，升级江景房。酒店整體整潔，員工有禮，地點很近横琴口岸，從口岸出來轉左边走约三分鐘便可到達。酒店是在大樓的27樓至35樓，大堂及餐廳在27樓，双人下午茶¥259，質素中上，早餐豐富。入住時送的曲奇是熱的，但因有下午茶，曲奇唯有留待晚飯後才享用，但曲奇已放涼了。房內設施齊全，整體滿意，唯沐浴間的佈局略嫌不夠方便，沐浴間內有浴缸和淋浴設施，但沐浴露和洗髮水等就放置和浴缸上方，尤其是沐浴露放置在較入的位置，淋浴時取用（尤其是身型軟矮小的人）有點困難。整體來說，因包了下午茶，性價比拉高了，否則不算高，但新酒店所有用具都很新和清潔。最後，送的100元自助晚餐券跟本用不上，因自助晚餐只有星期六和日供應，我們是星期三入住跟本用不能用，需說可延至3月使用，但單價是六佰多元1位，跟本不會因100元的折扣而專程到酒店食自助晚餐吧!

It's very convenient to go to Macau, only a few minutes' walk from the border gate. The cookies provided were also delicious and crispy, and the staff were friendly. I checked out late at 2 PM.

酒店地點方便， 由橫琴口岸步行約十分鐘 就到，房間設施很新及整潔但面積相對較細，泳池大但水很凍， 泳池沒有飲用水提供但健身室反而有，早餐一般，服務算唔錯， 職員有禮貌！

酒店設施很電子化, 窗簾電動開關,浴室透視玻璃有霧化。自助早餐算多品種, 很美味。房間不大, 但設備齊全。唯獨洗手間太小, 門口開關時要小心。我在刷牙時就給剛剛洗澡完的開門刮損了腳, 十分痛啊。特別要讚, 是健身室有跳繩和橡筋, 不錯啊!

The staff provided excellent service and helped us upgrade our breakfast at a discounted price. The room was large and comfortable, offering views of Zhuhai and Macau.
