The room is beautiful and the view is great... everything else is just average. I originally wanted to staycation and enjoy the hotel, but the food and service need improvement. If you plan to come, I suggest adding other activities to your itinerary.

The hotel rooms are really spacious, and the front desk service is good. The pool is quite clean, and the Chinese restaurant food is also very good. The only downsides are that the air conditioning isn't quite strong enough and the buffet isn't very appealing.

The lobby decor is quite impressive, leaving a strong impression. The rooms and facilities are clean and tidy. However, there were two points of dissatisfaction during my trip: although check-in time was 3:00 PM, my room was not ready when I arrived at 3:30 PM, and I had to wait about an hour to check in. Additionally, as a branded five-star hotel, the breakfast experience was very disappointing. The variety of food did not meet expectations, and I often saw food trays with very little or no food left, which was a very poor impression. Nevertheless, overall, this package was quite a good value.

The hotel staff were friendly. This trip was to celebrate a birthday, and the hotel gave us a small cake, which tasted great! They also provided breakfast for the children. We could watch the fireworks from the 3rd-floor terrace. Our whole family had a wonderful time!

This was my second stay at the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel. The room was large and clean, and the bathroom had a big bathtub for soaking. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and a robot delivered takeout orders to the room. The hotel is also only about a ten-minute drive from various border crossings. Overall, it was a good experience.

The hotel accommodation quality is excellent, with a great location offering views of Macau and the Macau Tower. The swimming pool is large, and the breakfast is delicious.

The hotel is comfortable and offers convenient amenities for travelers. It's worth staying here.

very happy on the trip

The room was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, but unfortunately, the dinner buffet was poor.

The hotel service was not ideal. This time, we were celebrating our child's birthday, and I had already emailed and inquired with the hotel in advance, hoping they could help deliver the cake and decorations on time. However, it was not delivered on schedule, arriving 45 minutes late, and there was no cooperation at all. They simply replied, "We have many guests today," which was completely disappointing.
