This is my second time at this hotel. Last time, I was most impressed by the large heated swimming pool and comfortable resting areas. It's only 18 RMB by Didi from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, and there's a shopping mall downstairs. This time, I tried the buffet dinner, which was very rich, including complimentary lobster and hot pot. There was also unlimited beer, soda, red wine, and white wine. Plus, there's a children's play area, making it suitable for families with kids. The hotel room offers a beautiful river view. I will definitely come again next time.

This time, I booked a Zhuhai Renaissance package through Klook, which included breakfast and dinner buffets. During the dinner buffet, there was a lucky draw, and I was incredibly fortunate to win the grand prize: a complimentary one-night stay at the hotel within two months, haha! Both breakfast and dinner were very rich with a wide variety of food. My room was upgraded to a riverside room, which was very clean and offered excellent views. The staff were very polite. I truly loved it. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

Taking a Didi from the port to the hotel costs around twenty-something yuan. The room is spacious and has a bathtub, though it overlooks other buildings. Below the hotel is a shopping mall, which is very convenient for shopping. There's a heated swimming pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and a children's play area. The hotel is very large and well-equipped. Actually, there's a bus that goes to Gongbei Port for just one yuan. The breakfast buffet is average, with a rather bland taste. Overall, it was a great holiday, and I would definitely go again.

All the staff were very polite, the room was large and clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of food. The hotel is conveniently located right above a shopping mall, making it our top choice when visiting Zhuhai 👍👍👍.

The hotel is located above the large shopping mall, Global Harbor, making dining, entertainment, and shopping extremely convenient. The front desk staff, Cristal, is professional and courteous, with a warm smile that puts guests at ease. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are new and clean.

酒店整潔舒適，有室內恆溫泳池及親子活動空間，方便攜帶小朋友。自助早餐及晚餐不過不失，原本每人送一隻龍蝦，但在7:00表示售罄，以大蝦及鵝肝多士代替，食物種類不算豐富。

My parents and I stayed for 2 nights. Upon entering the room, my parents were initially very satisfied. However, when they later took a shower, they found that the water wouldn't drain, overflowing onto the bathroom floor. They didn't dare to finish showering and immediately asked the front desk to send an engineer to clear the drain. It was still blocked, so we ultimately had to change rooms. The bellboy was very kind and helped my parents carry their unpacked luggage to the new room, which prevented a lot of hassle. Fortunately, the whole process was relatively quick.

This was my first time at Renaissance Zhongshan Park. There's free parking at the mall. Both the buffet and breakfast were acceptable, especially the lamb chops at the buffet, which were delicious. The hotel room was quite spacious and clean, which was also acceptable. Plus, it's right next to a shopping mall.
