Throughout the meal, service staff proactively changed plates and refilled water, and the executive chef even appeared to inquire about the dining experience, showing meticulous attention to detail. The price of 598 yuan per person may seem steep, but compared to the premium ingredients and impeccable service, it is absolutely worth the value. The beef tenderloin was inedible, and due to the weather and customer quality (refrigerators not properly closed), the ice cream had melted. There were limited drink choices. Staff Service: The staff humbly asked customers for areas of improvement. For a 5-star hotel, there is room for improvement. Experience: As we were celebrating a senior's birthday, the staff provided simple decorations, but compared to other 5-star hotels, such as the Regent InterContinental Hotel, the difference in quality was immediately apparent.

The environment and food were good, and the service staff arranged everything perfectly. They even decorated our table in advance for our celebration. The waitress Anilia patiently introduced the food to us. We felt very well taken care of and comfortable.

The buffet environment is very good, not crowded, allowing for quiet enjoyment. However, the food quality is mediocre. The wagyu beef, served one plate per person, can vary greatly in size and doneness (one piece very rare, another very well-done), making it completely not worth the price. The restaurant staff needs further training.
