This trip was incredibly fulfilling and filled with the best memories! From the moment we entered to the end of our journey, every staff member was exceptionally polite, scoring 101%! Although there was a slight air quality issue when we first entered the room, the butler manager diligently helped us resolve it and even moved us to an unexpected room, which added a wonderful surprise to our trip! The female staff at the dinner buffet were also very enthusiastic in helping us take photos! On the second day, when we were leaving, there was a waiting lounge on the 66th floor, a presidential tea room, where the beautiful female staff politely welcomed us with desserts and fruits, and also provided a detailed introduction to the hotel's decor, which was truly eye-opening! Finally, I am very grateful to all the staff we encountered at The St. Regis Hotel. We are truly satisfied with this trip and will definitely book a St. Regis property again if we have the chance!

We celebrated my husband's 60th birthday in a sea-view room. We took advantage of the Lunar New Year promotional package, and the hotel arranged room decorations and a late check-out. The room offered a view of Macau's vibrant nightscape. This was our third stay at St. Regis; the previous two times we stayed in a Hengqin Bay river-view room. The bathroom/bathtub and walk-in closet were combined into a long, integrated space, which felt more spacious and comfortable. The staff's service attitude was polite, and the overall hardware facilities were excellent. We would consider staying again if we have the opportunity.

A very good hotel, the rooms are very clean, luxurious, and spacious. The slippers were thoughtfully placed by the bed. All staff members were proactive in pressing the elevator buttons for guests, which was excellent. The receptionists were very attentive and elegant in their introductions. I especially want to commend a female housekeeper named Shera Lan. Her kindness, demeanor, and elegant way of speaking left a particularly deep impression on me. She even wrote a birthday card for my wife. It is because The St. Regis has such high-quality staff that I purchased a one-year hotel membership on the same day. I look forward to enjoying another high-quality leisure trip next time.

Perfect and relax experience. The hotel is spacious, and hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The Christmas tea set and 2 glasses of cocktail included in the package are worth for money, and also tasty. Besides, the restaurant staff are nice and helpful too

Taking a Didi from the border to the hotel costs about 20 yuan. Upon entering the hotel room, it was incredibly luxurious and impressive. The decor, facilities, and environment were all excellent, truly unbeatable. The surroundings were very quiet. Since it wasn't yet July, only the indoor pool was open, which was a bit small. There were also steam services and a jacuzzi, both very comfortable. The afternoon tea food and refreshments were high-quality, with many choices and good flavors. In the evening, you could enjoy cocktails. Breakfast was just average, and in the morning, there were quite a few children swimming, making the pool feel too small. This was the only minor drawback.

A memorable trip 👍! The hotel is conveniently located, just over 10 minutes from the Hengqin Port! The staff downstairs were proactive and enthusiastic in their service! Check-in at the 42nd floor reception was very fast! The only drawback was that they didn't introduce the hotel's other facilities or their operating hours! The suite we booked had a first-class view 👍👍👍, offering a 180-degree panoramic view of Macau's old town and the Lingdingyang Sea! The high-altitude view was truly stunning 🤭🤭🤭! Room service was also excellent! Any requests made to the room butler were delivered within minutes! They truly live up to the principle of putting the customer first! In contrast, the dishes at the Yan Ting Chinese restaurant on the 42nd floor were a bit disappointing. The chicken and bamboo pith soup was bland and tasteless. Because it's within the St. Regis Hotel, I had higher expectations 👎👎! The breakfast ordered in the morning was average, but the small fruit platter was thoughtfully prepared, colorful and vibrant, setting a good mood for breakfast! The staff were polite when delivering the meal 👍! However, the breakfast provided differed from the menu chosen. I will stay again next time and hope similar incidents won't happen again!

The stay was excellent. The hotel's decor was elegant, romantic, and peaceful, and the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. We were upgraded to a sea-view room, which was a wonderful surprise – the room was stunning! The value for money is exceptional; for this price, afternoon tea and a buffet breakfast are included, making it an absolute bargain.

A very worthwhile five-star hotel experience. Although there were some initial oversights in the arrangements, they were quickly resolved after calling the hotel butler. The afternoon tea experience was also a nice touch.
