[Buffet Premium] Hyatt Regency Hengqin Zhuhai - Buffet no Café | Desfrute do restaurante chinês com pratos à vontade

During the summer holiday, I booked the buffet at Hyatt Regency Hengqin in Zhuhai to try it out. I didn't expect that besides the buffet, I could also have hotpot. There was a wide variety of food, and the quality was good. The staff were very friendly, highly recommended!

Service: Very satisfied Experience: Great value for money Restaurant environment: Spacious, well-lit Food taste: Featuring oysters in June, prepared in various ways - grilled oysters with garlic, Thai-style grilled oysters, steamed oysters, deep-fried oysters, grilled oysters with yellow pepper sauce, and spicy marinated oysters. If you choose to add hotpot, there are also various cuts of fatty beef, seafood, vegetables, etc., all very delicious.

The dinner was delicious, with lobster, scallops, and... unfortunately, no rice, no noodles, no pasta. I will buy and eat here again next time I visit.

這間餐廳自助餐內的甜品、小菜和點心包羅萬有，選擇非常豐富。今天點的點心賣相精緻，味道一流，品質相當有水準。而且每款的份量不大份，剛好可以試多幾款款式。美中不足的是價錢相對較貴，令整體性價比拉低了，但當作精緻聚餐依然是不錯的選擇。

With a free night's stay at the hotel, including breakfast, we decided to pay for their buffet dinner as well. The seafood was fresh, and there was also a personal hot pot for each person, which was a great experience. We ate very happily and were very satisfied, with many choices.

The food selection is decent, with not many hot dishes. The main hot food item is hot pot, and there are many choices for desserts and drinks. The claypot rice is excellent, and the ice cream flavors are unique.

Restaurant environment: Standard five-star. Clean. It might be crowded during holidays, so the tables are a bit close together. Experience: Both adults and children will be very happy with the hotpot, which includes a large basin of seafood 🫰🏻

There are many dishes to choose from, and the service is excellent and polite, especially Peter and Selina, who provided very thoughtful service.

It was a Friday, not a Chinese holiday, and the diners were mostly Hongkongers. There were plenty of seats and not many people. We arrived at 5:30 PM and left at 8:30 PM, and there were fewer than ten tables occupied in total. The food was decent, and a seafood platter was complimentary. The service was good. Worth a try.
