I stumbled upon this hotel by chance during my trip and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent experience. The rooms were meticulously cleaned and tidy everywhere, with no stains or clutter, making for an exceptionally relaxing stay. The bathroom was spotless, well-ventilated with no odors, and had a reasonable overall design with ample storage space, making daily toiletries very convenient. The room rates were affordable, and the hardware facilities were complete, offering outstanding value compared to other hotels of the same caliber in the area. The front desk processed my check-out quickly, with no waiting in line, which was very efficient and satisfying. Overall, I couldn't find any faults; the living experience was superb, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Grand Hyatt Shenzhen'de harika bir konaklama geçirdim. Konsiyerj her gün Taobao paketlerimi odama göndermeme bile yardımcı oldu, hizmetleri baştan sona mükemmeldi. Kahvaltı çeşitleri çok fazlaydı ve kalitesi de oldukça iyiydi. Genel olarak, çok rahat ve keyifli bir konaklamaydı.

Cleanliness: The lobby is tidy, and the view from the 33rd floor is unbeatable. Hotel Location: Near MixC World, convenient for dining, entertainment, and access. Service: Francis Chen, a colleague at the reception, greeted us warmly, observed carefully, and showed genuine care, making us feel at ease with his warm service. This excellent, heartfelt attitude is more touching than luxurious decor.

is surprisingly good. there are residential upstairs so when you look at the building u wont feel the atmosphere in there. but when u step in, that s a different things! try it out!! besides, is close to the mall and a lot of restaurants nearby. mtr station is just at the corner of the hotel. nice location.

Hotel location: Vientiane City Shopping Mall nearby. Transportation convenience: A few minutes' walk from Grand Theater Metro Station, close to Luohu Port. Cleanliness: Ideal. Service: Felt not very enthusiastic. Breakfast: Seems not as good as before, but still acceptable in variety and taste. Buffet dinner: Very good.
