I stumbled upon this hotel during my trip and was pleasantly surprised by how great the experience was. The room was meticulously cleaned, spotless, and tidy everywhere, with no stains or clutter, making it incredibly relaxing to rest. The bathroom was impeccably maintained, well-ventilated with no odors, and had a practical design with ample storage, making daily toiletries very convenient. The room rate was affordable, and the amenities were comprehensive, offering outstanding value compared to other hotels of similar caliber in the area. The front desk processed my check-out quickly, with no waiting in line, which was very efficient and satisfactory. Overall, I couldn't find a single fault; the stay was excellent, and I will definitely book here again on my next visit.

Convenient transportation: 5-7 minute drive from the old street, with many restaurants downstairs. The room was very clean and hygienic.

Great stay at Grand Hyatt Shenzhen. Excellent service throughout — concierge even helped send up my Taobao parcels every day lol. Breakfast spread was huge with pretty decent quality too. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cleanliness: The lobby was tidy, and the view from the 33rd floor was unbeatable.
Hotel Location: Conveniently located near MixC, making it easy to access dining, entertainment, and shopping.
Service: Francis Chen, a colleague at the reception desk, greeted us warmly, observed carefully, and showed genuine care, making us feel at ease with his warm service. This heartfelt and excellent attitude was more impressive than luxurious decor.

is surprisingly good. there are residential upstairs so when you look at the building u wont feel the atmosphere in there. but when u step in, that s a different things! try it out!! besides, is close to the mall and a lot of restaurants nearby. mtr station is just at the corner of the hotel. nice location.

Convenience of Transportation: A few minutes' walk from Grand Theater Metro Station, close to Luohu Port.
Cleanliness: Satisfactory.
Service: Felt a bit unenthusiastic.
Breakfast: Seems not as good as before, but still offers a decent variety and taste.
Dinner Buffet: Excellent.
