It's very convenient to buy tickets and make reservations with the app. You can just scan the QR code on-site to enter, saving a lot of time queuing for tickets. The staff at the ski resort were friendly, and the equipment rental process was very smooth. Both the ski jackets and snowboards were new and clean. We signed up for a beginner's class, and the coach was very patient, teaching us basic movements slowly. Even with zero experience, we quickly picked it up and didn't feel scared at all. The entire skiing experience was safe and fun, and the scenery was beautiful, perfect for photos! I highly recommend it to friends who want to try skiing for the first time. It offers great value for money, and I will definitely book with Klook again for my next trip!

I went in the afternoon, scanned the QR code on the 2nd floor machine to get an entry card. There was a short queue, but entry was smooth. Once inside, I could grab all the equipment and go straight in, which was convenient and easy. I'd like to go again next time.

There weren't many people during the peak season. The snow play ticket allows for 2 hours of fun, and you need to enter on the 2nd floor of the mall. There's an additional 30 minutes for changing clothes. Try to park in the P1 car park, it's much closer.

Our instructor, Tom, was honestly amazing. Super patient, knowledgeable and really fun to learn from. He looks like he’s in his 20s, spoke excellent English (with a slight British accent), explained everything clearly and created such a chill, comfortable learning vibe with his calm and encouraging style. He mentioned he was trained under New Zealand certification standards, which really showed in his structured teaching. We were three total first time beginners, and he made the experience fun instead of intimidating while still covering all the essentials. From introducing the equipment to teaching proper techniques, correcting our stance, and guiding us step by step, he made learning feel easy and enjoyable. He stayed with us the entire 3 hours and never left our side, which we really appreciated. 10/10 for Tom!! Only complaint is the class flew by too fast and we wanted more time. Qianhai indoor ski is a great place for beginners to learn the basics before hitting real mountains.

The ski slopes are long and the gradient is moderate. The cable car boarding area is quite chaotic, with no clear lanes, which can easily lead to disputes and confusion. The queue for equipment rental is very long, taking about 15 minutes to queue. The entire process of borrowing/returning equipment takes at least 30 minutes in total, not including the time it takes for individuals to change into their gear.

My son took a snowboard lesson with Huafa. He is a skier and wanted to learn snowboarding. We were initially worried about how he would communicate with the coach. Thankfully, he had Kobe as his coach. Kobe made the lesson fun and easy to understand, and now my son is looking forward to another lesson with him before his snowboard trip.
