Huafa Ice and Snow World is just a 1.5-hour drive away, and the unlimited-time ticket is an excellent value. If you have the stamina, you can essentially play from opening to closing, a full 12 hours.

The instructor was very good, explaining everything in detail, and even helped me when my board fell off the cable car. I barely fell during the lesson, and they also gave me some tips for future practice. Excellent!

Last time, Coach Tsang taught me 1-on-2. I had never skied before, but it was really fun. It's definitely much better to get a coach when you're starting out. A coach can guide you on the right posture to begin with, and Coach Tsang taught very well. He started with the equipment, and we tried many things in the very first lesson.
