Very professional, the location they booked for me was excellent, and the scenery was also very good. The weather was just right with sunshine recently. It was a very pleasant trip, and I will come again. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience! I warmly recommend this tour. Jessie was amazing! A wealth of knowledge, interesting, funny, and witty. She shared lots of fascinating tidbits and fun facts, not only about the Summer Palace but also about Chinese culture as a whole. She was very calm and never in a hurry, allowing us to enjoy the tour to the fullest. Her English was perfect, and she was very enjoyable company. If you’re planning a tour here, ask for her, believe me (I tried more guided tours here in China), it’s totally worth it!!

Overall an amazing experience! The boat trip was not as special as we had quite expected, but the entrance through the South Ruyi gate was amazing! It was really easy, quick and the walk along the lake was super peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the nature and scenery a lot, and the tour route was very nicely selected. Our biggest highlight though was definitely our guide Jessica. She explained everything thoroughly, always open to all of our questions (both related to the Summer Palace or just about Beijing and China in general!), and putting the context of the history of the summer palace into that of the rest of Beijing's history with the other historic sights! She really made the private tour 100% worth it. We really appreciated her patience and friendliness. She also gave us a lot of helpful tips for the rest of our trip, and overall helped us make our trip a very memorable experience!

Allen était très organisé et son anglais était impeccable. Le van privé était très confortable. Nous avons fait la visite de 4 heures et avons réussi à voir tous les sites importants de la visite, mais vous aurez besoin de la visite de 6 heures si vous voulez faire une promenade en bateau sur le lac. Allen a fourni des informations de base et une histoire intéressante du Palais d'Été. Je le recommanderais quand même si vous voulez une visite dédiée du Palais d'Été avec un transport organisé.
