Tours de Old Summer Palace Garden

This was a wonderful tour of two of the must see's while in Beijing. The Great Wall was a wonderful experience and the Summer Palace was devine. The tour guide and drivers were wonderful, knowledgeable and very helpful. It was also fantastic vaue for the money!!

Vam fer un viatge divertit. Va ser molt informatiu i vam aprendre molt sobre la història de Pequín. El guia turístic es va assegurar que entenguéssim bé el lloc.

Aquest viatge de 6 dies en profunditat per Pequín és absolutament perfecte, amb punts destacats com el Museu del Palau (Ciutat Prohibida) i l'Antic Palau d'Estiu. El nostre guia turístic era molt coneixedor i pacient, compartint històries vívides de la història reial Ming i Qing i detalls arquitectònics exquisits quan vam visitar la Ciutat Prohibida. Les grans parets vermelles i els sostres de teules daurades ens van deixar sense paraules. Vam tenir molt de temps a l'Antic Palau d'Estiu: vam passejar pel tranquil llac Fuhai amb els reflexos dels salzes, i ens vam aturar a les ruïnes dels Palaus Occidentals per reflexionar sobre la profunda història, barrejant un paisatge natural impressionant amb valuoses lliçons històriques. L'itinerari estava ben planificat, l'allotjament net i ordenat, i els trasllats privats van ser sense problemes i sense compres forçades. És un viatge immersiu a través de milers d'anys de civilització xinesa, molt recomanable per a tots els viatgers!

Va compartir moltes anècdotes fascinants i fets curiosos, no només sobre el Palau d'Estiu sinó també sobre la cultura xinesa en general. This trip was amazing, and a big part of that was thanks to Jack! He took great care of everyone, was always helpful, and handled everything smoothly. On top of that, he’s very friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even more fun and enjoyable.

I was impressed by the fluent English and the detailed explanations of Chinese history. The group tour allowed us to use the fast track, quickly passing through security checks, which saved us time compared to an individual tour. This meant we had more time to explore the historical sites. However, because the pace was quite fast, it was a bit difficult for our group, which included a child, to keep up, especially in the middle and later parts of the tour. Although the guide waited for us periodically to ensure no one got separated, considering we walked over 10,000 steps three times, I would recommend this tour to those who are reasonably fit.
