Tour de monumentos antigos e arquitetura moderna em Pequim com carro particular

The title of the activity is “guided tour”, there was no guide and certainly not a tour because we were asked by the driver where we want to go. It was a chartered transport- car rental for a day to the sites. The driver was nice and the car was excellent. After telling the driver that I would not know where we can get lunch, he took us to a spot with many varieties and we had a nice meal and the kids were happy. We didn’t get to see the universities because they apparently were not open to the public (the driver told us). Also, there was no contact whatsoever until 3 days before - when I called the tour operator. It wasn’t ideal at all! There could have been more information around what to expect at the sites by Klook.

The activity itself does not include tickets, only a driver transfer. This is consumer fraud, and I demand a full refund.

The activity description seemed to include a guided tour, but it turned out the driver was just a driver, only able to drive and unable to introduce any sights. We couldn't even enter Beijing's Tsinghua University, only pass by and glance at it from the outside! I feel the itinerary description is overly beautified and very misleading.

The itinerary was appealing, but it's a shame that the accompanying guide was completely unfamiliar with the route and couldn't offer any suggestions. We hope to strengthen the guides' knowledge of the activities to provide better service.

It was a wonderful itinerary with plenty of time. The humorous and responsible driver diligently led everyone to discover and explore various historical sites. We saw many breathtaking buildings and learned about the profound history of Chinese culture. We felt very enriched! Thank you Klook for the meticulous itinerary arrangements and for connecting us with such an excellent local tour operator. Thank you all :) We will be traveling abroad again next year and will definitely book Klook's package tours again!

It really solved the problem of not being able to drive myself. It was an interesting and pleasant trip that allowed me to have a happy and unforgettable day~

Thanks to the responsible driver for leading us throughout the day. It was perfect for our group of independent travelers. We will definitely join again next time we visit Beijing.
