It was a very enjoyable experience visiting Aquaria KLCC. There are many types of animal species available. There were so many visitors that it felt a bit cramped, but it was lively and fun. Highly recommended.

the voucher need to be exchanged for actual ticket, where they will assign you bus number. it's easy to find the kiosk and there would be staf helping you there. you can reach here by taking monorail to Bukit Bintang station. the bus were going through several landmarks in KL for 2 hours, so get your camera ready.

The Petronas Twin Towers experience was good! It offered a nice view of the city; first at the connecting bridge on level 41, then at the top level 86. The staff were friendly and the top deck had lots of interactive history about its construction. Experience: We had 10 minutes on the bridge then 15 minutes top deck. The view was excellent despite the haze from the Indonesian wildfires being blown into KL. The complimentary tea at the top was the best I've had, but a bottle of water is the alternate option. The top cafe was full so had to wait to find a seat. Of course, a gift shop at the end :) Price: Compared to others like Merdeka 118, not bad in price - it's one of those you've got to do and you've got to pay for it. No complaints. Ease of booking on Klook: Very easy. Show your QR to the staff and they will scan it and give you a sticker.

The staff at BMC Mall were very helpful and kept arranging the toys to ensure the items were well organised. Price: We went during the weekdays, it was only RM25, with adults (need to purchase at the physical counter RM10)RM10 at the physical counter) hence there.

Last minute Klook ticket purchase, very worthwhile, cheaper than walking in. Satisfied, all games are great. Brought my niece/nephew to play there. They were happy.

I had a wonderful experience on the Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour in Malaysia. It was such an easy and enjoyable way to explore the city, especially without the stress of planning transport. The route covered all the major attractions, and I loved being able to hop off anytime to explore and then continue when I was ready. The buses were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the journey. The views from the top deck were amazing, perfect for sightseeing and photos! Highly recommended for anyone who wants a convenient and relaxing way to discover the city.

I received an email about the transfer the evening before, and I contacted Klook from my side. It was very easy to join the tour with hotel pick-up. We were able to visit the main KL attractions, so it was very cost-effective. The guide actively offered to take photos for us. I don't understand English very well, but as long as I could hear the meeting time, it was perfectly fine.

Overall, it's still pretty good. Makeup and hair styling are additional costs, and prices vary for front and back seats, as well as between weekdays and weekends. I was very satisfied with the makeup, styling, and clothing experience. The photography skills and posing guidance were decent, but the price is a bit high. Half an hour of shooting plus 5 retouched photos cost over RM300, and each original photo costs an additional RM100 – yes, each one. I don't understand why they charge for original photos; it's not like I'm asking for every photo to be retouched, but don't you have a package that includes original photos? For half a day, the total cost for 2 people was over RM1300, so their target audience must be high-income individuals. When I got home, I saw some people on Google had very bad experiences, but fortunately, I didn't encounter any of those issues. Location: 8/10 – It's right opposite Starling Mall parking, which is good, otherwise traffic would be terrible. Make-up & Styling & Clothing: 9/10 – The most satisfying part. Food: 7/10 – Not bad, but ordinary. Ambience: 9/10 – The interior atmosphere is very good, thoughtfully decorated, and details are well-presented. The exterior is also great for photos. Service: 8/10 – Waiters, stylists, and photographers were all okay. Performance: 8/10 – One dish, one dance, one costume. The same people performed continuously, showing great effort. Price: 7/10 – A bit expensive, one experience is enough.

Tempat yang bagus untuk dikunjungi bersama keluarga dan teman-teman. Pencahayaan dan dekorasinya indah, dan ada banyak tempat untuk berfoto. Pemesanan melalui Klook mudah dan lancar. Pengalaman VR juga menyenangkan. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman yang baik dan menyenangkan di Kuala Lumpur.
