I had a wonderful experience on the Hop-On Hop-Off bus tour in Malaysia. It was such an easy and enjoyable way to explore the city, especially without the stress of planning transport. The route covered all the major attractions, and I loved being able to hop off anytime to explore and then continue when I was ready. The buses were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the journey. The views from the top deck were amazing, perfect for sightseeing and photos! Highly recommended for anyone who wants a convenient and relaxing way to discover the city.

I love how the trips were organized, especially the smooth itinerary and the bus frequency. It was awesome. The staff involved with the KL Hop-On Hop-Off service were truly helpful, from the lady managing the queue before we boarded the bus to all the staff in charge inside the bus throughout the trips. If there was one thing to change, I would prefer the latest bus. The first bus we rode was clean and well-maintained, which we loved. However, the second one, which we took after stopping at the Sammy market, was slightly dirty and a bit old, which diminished the experience. But then, on the second half of our city tour, we got another new bus, and we loved it.

Very reasonable price and easy to buy online. Just show your QR code at the redemption counter. There are 2 types of buses and 2 routes; you can choose which one to go first, but this tour will take a whole day to finish both routes. You can sit downstairs or upstairs for your convenience.

Too good for Local Sightseeing, if you hop off and see all the places you need average 1.5 days to 2 days to complete both Garden Route and City Route. Booking through Klook is much cheaper than booking on counter.
