This is a must-try activity when you visit Kuala Lumpur. You really need to set aside 2 hours for the hop-on hop-off bus. It's much more beautiful at night! You can just sit back, enjoy the view, and listen to the tour guide's explanations about each spot while the bus is moving. I recommend sitting on the top deck for the best experience! The area where you collect your physical tickets is easy to find. Come early so you'll be first in line and can choose your seat, as seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Enjoy!

Exchange your online purchase voucher at the selected counter to print your physical ticket. The earlier you exchange your ticket, the earlier bus number you will get. I exchanged my voucher at the counter at 9 AM and got bus number 1. I was then informed to come back at 7:40 PM. Everyone will get a seat on the open-top bus. When I arrived at 7:40 PM, visitors were already neatly lined up according to the bus queue. The earlier you arrive, the first you will be to board the bus and freely choose your seat. It was a pleasant experience to ride a double-decker bus with a view of the city lights. It made me a bit sleepy because the journey was quite long, coupled with the gentle breeze.

It was a great experience. Easy to redeem and convenient to explore and act like tourists (for Malaysians). Good for first-time visitors! The ride was comfortable and relaxing. I enjoyed sitting on the open-top deck with a nice view. Just sit, enjoy the breeze, and look at KL views❤️

Perjalanan itu sangat baik. Bas tiba tepat pada masanya dan semuanya sangat teratur. Rakan-rakan saya dan saya sangat berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan ini. Satu-satunya kelemahan adalah kesesakan lalu lintas yang teruk semasa lawatan kami, yang mengganggu kelancaran pada masa itu. Ia boleh difahami kerana ia adalah bulan Ramadan dan Tahun Baru Cina pada masa itu, jadi Kuala Lumpur sangat sesak dengan lalu lintas. Walau bagaimanapun, ia tidak mengubah hakikat bahawa kami menikmati aktiviti tersebut.
