The ambiance is nice, the staff is friendly, but there's no small talk either. You can add aromatic oil for the massage, and then they'll assign the masseuse. It starts with a foot soaking and then the massage. They'll use a warm towel to remove the excess oil from your body. So nice! Highly recommend.

I really loved the environment there and the service as well. The massage therapist was also okay, it's just that she didn't understand English, but overall everything was good.

The therapist was incredibly skilled and attentive to my needs. Every movement felt intentional and effective. I could feel the tension being worked out of my muscles with each stroke.

The overall ambiance was calming, the massage experience was really good, and the massage therapist was well-experienced. I had to queue for 15 minutes at reception when I arrived; perhaps they could have separate counters for walk-ins and reservations. After the massage, they served a hot ginger drink, and it was refreshing.

Our second visit to Ayu Borneo, and it was exceptional as always. This time we brought my mom and sister for their first visit, and they loved it just as much as we do. Amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!
