taste: delicious price: affordable experience: firstime and I’m love it and happy! service: I recently dined at Grand Hyatt and while the place is beautiful, I was quite disappointed with the service. We ordered drinks but it took almost 30 minutes for them to arrive. Despite seeing many staff around, it seemed like our order was forgotten at first. For a hotel of this standard, I expected more attentive and efficient service. Hopefully, this can be improved for future guests. restaurant ambiance: all perfect.

Great high tea experience at Grand Hyatt 38! The food was beautifully presented and delicious, with a good balance of sweet and savory items. The view from the 38th floor was stunning, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing afternoon.

Celebrated Valentine’s Day at the Grand Hyatt High Tea and had an amazing time! Service was on point. unlimited orders of teas and coffees. courses of savory and sweet treats. recommend communicating with them early to request a window table and go there early. service starts at noon. views were amazing! all of KL skyline right in front of you 👍

Definitely an experience worth having, the atmosphere is great and the starters are flavourful. The sweet treats were absolutely delicious and the view of the Twin Towers is clear and beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff, great service and highly recommended as a must-try experience in Malaysia.

It was such an amazing experience I had with my relative. The ambience was too good to be true. Food is of higher quality. The staff explains all dishes before serving to us. It's on the 38th story which you can see twin towers. Highly recommended.

Suasana yang menyenangkan, kami mendapatkan meja dengan latar belakang KLCC. Staf sangat ramah dan membantu. Makanannya luar biasa dan memiliki variasi yang bagus. Secara keseluruhan, ini adalah sore yang menakjubkan untuk merayakan ulang tahun istri saya.

Amazing amazing amazing experience. Everything was absolutely beautifully impeccably presented test phenomenal staff were amazing. I highly recommend doing this for something different if you’ve never done an afternoon tea, or a high tea

My friends and I had a great time here. Chef Izmin Khairi was the star of the night. He really nailed it, all the food served was satisfying. Oh yes, all meals are healthy, including dessert! They use pure chocolate, ice cream/sorbet without sugar! They even label the calories for your reference. Haha. The restaurant crew was ALL helpful & friendly from beginning to closing, 5-star service for them too. We will definitely come back, it has now become one of our favorite places for a BBQ buffet. The ambiance was great too. Highly recommended. It was beyond perfect.
