The afternoon tea set is priced at the higher end of Kuala Lumpur’s range. From the welcoming mocktail to the concluding coffee and tea, every detail of the service exudes attentiveness and refinement, making guests feel truly pampered. The price is paid for the “priceless view,” and that sentiment is hard to dispute. The desserts are thoughtfully crafted, offering layers of flavor that balance sweetness with savory and tangy notes—an artful harmony that prevents any sense of cloying richness.

It was a restaurant with glass walls facing the Petronas Twin Towers, offering a fantastic view. I was lucky enough to get a window seat, but the windows are large and open, so I think you can fully enjoy the scenery even if you are seated inside. Each dish was authentic in both appearance and taste, allowing us to experience Asia—the theme of this time—through both sight and taste. Japan was probably represented by chawanmushi and daikon with miso dengaku style. The sweets were not too sweet overall and easy to eat. All the teas were fragrant and I loved them; they complemented the savories and sweets wonderfully. The portion size was quite generous overall! Skipping lunch was definitely the right choice, and I even saw some guests taking food to-go. Overall, it's a 5-star experience and I am very satisfied, but my only regret is that the drinks took a while to arrive after ordering each time. As someone who likes to drink while eating, it hindered my dining pace a bit. The staff had that typical Malaysian laid-back and friendly vibe, and while it's a 5-star hotel, I liked that it was easy to relax and enjoy without feeling stuffy.

Had an amazing afternoon tea experience at Grand Hyatt! The service was excellent…friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout. The food was an experience in itself, with beautifully presented savory bites and absolutely amazing desserts. Every item was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The breathtaking view of the Petronas Twin Towers made the whole experience even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable afternoon tea in Kuala Lumpur!

It was a wonderful place to spend time. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Since we couldn't finish our scones, we asked to take them to go, and they gladly agreed. We were so happy that they carefully packed them in a box. When I mentioned beforehand that we would love a window seat if possible, we were seated by the window on the day (even if it was a coincidence). I would love to visit again given the opportunity, and I will definitely recommend it to others! Thank you for such a lovely time.

Celebrated Valentine’s Day at the Grand Hyatt High Tea and had an amazing time! Service was on point. unlimited orders of teas and coffees. courses of savory and sweet treats. recommend communicating with them early to request a window table and go there early. service starts at noon. views were amazing! all of KL skyline right in front of you 👍

Je recommande vivement de réserver ceci. Non seulement j'ai eu une table juste en face de la tour (j'y ai mangé seul), mais la nourriture était excellente. Le serveur a été assez aimable pour me proposer de prendre une photo de moi.

Tak sangka pula hidangan minum petang di sini begitu sedap, memang satu kejayaan yang menyenangkan! Berjaya mendapat tempat duduk yang bagus dengan pemandangan KLCC. Sangat berbaloi dengan harga untuk tarikh romantis yang mempunyai suasana yang baik.
