To make a reservation, you need to call the branch directly. Online booking would be even better. For the massage, you'll first change into the shop's straw sandals, then have your feet exfoliated and washed. Afterward, you'll be led into a small, curtained room for the massage. The room isn't large; besides the massage bed, there's only enough space for one person to walk through. Paper underwear and a bath towel will be provided. You'll receive iced tea before the massage and hot tea afterward. For full-body massages, stretching is included at the end. The restroom is located in the shopping mall outside the shop, so it's recommended to use it before entering.

It's recommended to purchase this voucher only upon arrival in Kuala Lumpur, as you'll then know which shop is most convenient for you and if they have availability for services. You can simply buy and use it on the spot. We chose to have our massage at the Berjaya Times Square branch. The mall is quite large, so if you're calling to make a reservation, try to arrive at the mall 15 minutes early to find the shop. The massage parlor has a nice environment, and the service was excellent and very comfortable; we went again the next day. Buying the voucher on Klook is cheaper than paying on-site.
