The staff and their hospitality were just amazing! we enjoyed our time at this workshop. karthik is a great teacher.

Amazing experience - staff were very professional and guided us through the tour and workshop. The retail selection is extensive. However, do note that prices are almost the same as in Singapore, if not lower, due to the exchange rate. But the experience is worth the purchase. The included lunch was decent and tasted good. The factory was not open on the day we visited, which was Hari Raya, so we didn't get to see the staff in action, but they had a demonstration setup which was good and informative.

Unfortunately, the tour is a bit short and fast, and a good command of English is recommended. Otherwise, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The workshop was really great; there were only two of us, and we were able to take home beautiful souvenirs.

guide: Excellent Tour Guide name Nithi We had such a wonderful experience touring Batu Caves with our guide! He was not only a great and safe driver, but also an excellent tour guide. He was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout the whole trip. We really appreciated how he talked with us along the way and shared interesting history and information about Batu Caves and the places we visited. You could really tell that he enjoys his work and takes good care of his guests. He is truly a very good person, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our tour. We would definitely love to have him as our guide again on our future trips to Malaysia. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you so much for making our Batu Caves experience even more memorable! 🇲🇾❤️

Tuvimos una experiencia increíble usando el Klook Pass Kuala Lumpur durante nuestro viaje. Hizo que visitar múltiples atracciones fuera muy conveniente y económico. La reserva fue súper fácil, la interfaz de la aplicación era fluida y el canje de entradas en las atracciones fue sin complicaciones. Me encantó cuánto dinero y tiempo ahorró mientras explorábamos las principales atracciones de Kuala Lumpur. Todo funcionó perfectamente, y la flexibilidad para elegir atracciones según nuestros planes fue una gran ventaja. It was a very enjoyable experience visiting Aquaria KLCC. There are many types of animal species available. There were so many visitors that it felt a bit cramped, but it was lively and fun. Highly recommended.

The Petronas Twin Towers experience was good! It offered a nice view of the city; first at the connecting bridge on level 41, then at the top level 86. The staff were friendly and the top deck had lots of interactive history about its construction. Experience: We had 10 minutes on the bridge then 15 minutes top deck. The view was excellent despite the haze from the Indonesian wildfires being blown into KL. The complimentary tea at the top was the best I've had, but a bottle of water is the alternate option. The top cafe was full so had to wait to find a seat. Of course, a gift shop at the end :) Price: Compared to others like Merdeka 118, not bad in price - it's one of those you've got to do and you've got to pay for it. No complaints. Ease of booking on Klook: Very easy. Show your QR to the staff and they will scan it and give you a sticker.

Tempat yang bagus untuk dikunjungi bersama keluarga dan teman-teman. Pencahayaan dan dekorasinya indah, dan ada banyak tempat untuk berfoto. Pemesanan melalui Klook mudah dan lancar.
