The staff and their hospitality were just amazing! we enjoyed our time at this workshop. karthik is a great teacher.

Amazing experience - staff were very professional and guide us through the tour and workshop. Retail selection is extensive. However, do note that price is almost the same as Singapore if not lower due to exchange. But the experience is worth spending your purchase. Lunch included was decent and tasted good. The factory is not open on the day we visited which is Hari Raya so didn't get to see the staff in action but they a demonstration setup which is good and informative.

Unfortunately, the tour is a bit short and fast, and a good command of English is recommended. Otherwise, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The workshop was really great; there were only two of us, and we were able to take home beautiful souvenirs.

guide: Excellent Tour Guide name Nithi We had such a wonderful experience touring Batu Caves with our guide! He was not only a great and safe driver, but also an excellent tour guide. He was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout the whole trip. We really appreciated how he talked with us along the way and shared interesting history and information about Batu Caves and the places we visited. You could really tell that he enjoys his work and takes good care of his guests. He is truly a very good person, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our tour. We would definitely love to have him as our guide again on our future trips to Malaysia. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you so much for making our Batu Caves experience even more memorable! 🇲🇾❤️

It started raining when we arrived. Luckily there is a tram service that we can pay for and tour the whole place. The tram is a saviour because the zoo is huge and we have a toddler with us so we can’t walk for long. We missed the panda feeding session but the pandas are really adorable. The animal show is entertaining as well. I would recommend visiting early if you really want to explore the whole place. Overall we had a good experience but will reconsider if we plan to visit with a toddler again.

Visiting Aquaria KLCC was a really fun experience. There are many different species of animals there. It was quite crowded, making the space feel a bit tight, but it was lively and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Nice place to visit with family and friends. The lighting and decorations are beautiful, and there are many spots to take photos. Booking through Klook was easy and smooth. The VR experience was fun too. Overall, a good and enjoyable experience in Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended..thank you klook..would return here next time if have opportunity

As a mom of one visiting Malaysia from the Philippines, SuperPark Malaysia was one of the best places we visited! There was something for every age, and even adults could join in. The park was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that it felt safe, allowing me to relax while my little one enjoyed every minute. If you're a family traveling to Malaysia with kids, I highly recommend adding SuperPark to your itinerary. It's a great way to let children burn off energy while creating wonderful memories together. We had an amazing time and would definitely visit again on our next trip!
