The shop is easy to find. The staff and instructor were very friendly and helpful. This was my first time learning pottery, and the process was so much fun. Especially that moment when you see the shape of your bowl or cup forming - it feels like watching your newborn baby take shape. LOL. I’ll definitely come back again. The only thing is the class cost is a bit on the high side 😂

staffs were friendly, esp they did brief to us on how to tuft before we start. store was clean and organised as equipments are ready before we were even there. They also provided free phone tripods to use. Love everything about tufting.

Amazing experience - staff were very professional and guide us through the tour and workshop. Retail selection is extensive. However, do note that price is almost the same as Singapore if not lower due to exchange. But the experience is worth spending your purchase. Lunch included was decent and tasted good. The factory is not open on the day we visited which is Hari Raya so didn't get to see the staff in action but they a demonstration setup which is good and informative.

It was such a beautiful place to go and see how Batik was made! The woman who helped me was also very talented. The first step is to choose one template out of two boxes so you know what to draw. Then she taught me how to use the traditional wax tool and helped me learn how to control it so I could trace the template. She also helped me when I made a mistake/didn't push the wax too far into the canvas. Highly recommend this class!

Overall, it was a great experience bringing my family there. We originally booked for 1 May, but when we arrived, the shop was closed due to the public holiday. Apparently, there was a technical glitch in the booking system. That said, the Klook team was very efficient and responsive. They immediately arranged another session for the following day, and the café even offered complimentary pastries for my family, which were delicious. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the experience. We’ll definitely be back to try the keyboard-making keychain activity next time. Can’t wait! Easy to find and with nice coffee shops nearby if you’re early, ZoCraft is a clean well set out work shop. My daughter and I had a lovely morning making our rings from scratch with expert tuition. We soldered, engraved,sized,polished and are delighted with our rings. I would absolutely recommend!

Unfortunately, the tour is a bit short and fast, and a good command of English is recommended. Otherwise, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The workshop was really great; there were only two of us, and we were able to take home beautiful souvenirs.

100% recommended. Our instructor was Liyana and she was the best! Came here to treat my partner and myself for our anniversary. I purchased the Hand Build class but since we were 20min late, Liyana suggested we try the Wheel as it’s faster than hand building, and she was worried we wouldn’t have time to complete our masterpieces hehe. Liyana was very patient with our unskilled hands. Her explanations and demonstrations were very helpful as well. Parking was a breeze too. The bowls took about 3 weeks to be ready but they are very prompt with updates. I opted to self collect. Price wise a bit steep but really worth it. Hope to try the Hand Build class next time!
