Amazing experience - staff were very professional and guide us through the tour and workshop. Retail selection is extensive. However, do note that price is almost the same as Singapore if not lower due to exchange. But the experience is worth spending your purchase. Lunch included was decent and tasted good. The factory is not open on the day we visited which is Hari Raya so didn't get to see the staff in action but they a demonstration setup which is good and informative.

Unfortunately, the tour is a bit short and fast, and a good command of English is recommended. Otherwise, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The workshop was really great; there were only two of us, and we were able to take home beautiful souvenirs.

guide: Excellent Tour Guide name Nithi We had such a wonderful experience touring Batu Caves with our guide! He was not only a great and safe driver, but also an excellent tour guide. He was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout the whole trip. We really appreciated how he talked with us along the way and shared interesting history and information about Batu Caves and the places we visited. You could really tell that he enjoys his work and takes good care of his guests. He is truly a very good person, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our tour. We would definitely love to have him as our guide again on our future trips to Malaysia. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you so much for making our Batu Caves experience even more memorable! 🇲🇾❤️

Had an amazing experience using the Klook Pass Kuala Lumpur during my trip! It made visiting multiple attractions so convenient and budget-friendly. It started raining when we arrived. Luckily there is a tram service that we can pay for and tour the whole place. The tram is a saviour because the zoo is huge and we have a toddler with us so we can’t walk for long. We missed the panda feeding session but the pandas are really adorable. The animal show is entertaining as well. I would recommend visiting early if you really want to explore the whole place. Overall we had a good experience but will reconsider if we plan to visit with a toddler again.

Nice place to visit with family and friends. The lighting and decorations are beautiful, and there are many spots to take photos. Booking through Klook was easy and smooth. The VR experience was fun too. Overall, a good and enjoyable experience in Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended..thank you klook..would return here next time if have opportunity

Aquaria KLCC නැරඹීම ඉතා විනෝදජනක අත්දැකීමක් විය. විවිධ වර්ගයේ සත්ව විශේෂ එහි සිටියහ. බොහෝ අමුත්තන් සිටි නිසා තරමක් පටු බවක් දැනුණත්, එය ප්‍රීතිමත් සහ විනෝදජනක විය. ඉතා නිර්දේශිතයි.

The petronas twin towers experience was good! It offered a nice view of the city; first at the connecting bridge on level 41, then at the top level 86. The staff were friendly and the top deck had lots of interactive history about its construction. experience: We had 10 minutes on the bridge then 15 minutes top deck. view was excellent despite the haze from the indonesian wildfires being blown into KL. The complimentary tea at the top was the best i've had but a bottle of water is the alternate option. The top cafe was full so had to wait to find a seat. Of course a gift shop at the end :) price: Compared to others like Merdeka 118, not bad in price - its one of those you gotta do and you gotta pay it. No complaints ease of booking on Klook: Very. Show your QR to the staff and they will scan it and give you a sticker.
