guide: Excellent Tour Guide name Nithi We had such a wonderful experience touring Batu Caves with our guide! He was not only a great and safe driver, but also an excellent tour guide. He was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout the whole trip. We really appreciated how he talked with us along the way and shared interesting history and information about Batu Caves and the places we visited. You could really tell that he enjoys his work and takes good care of his guests. He is truly a very good person, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our tour. We would definitely love to have him as our guide again on our future trips to Malaysia. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you so much for making our Batu Caves experience even more memorable! 🇲🇾❤️

Great half day tour! Our guide Thina explained the history and myths and showed us around the Batu Caves and adjacent temples, and we self-guided for the remaining time before seeing the Batik shop :) Thina was super chill and fun to talk to too!

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend. Selva was our driver and guide for the morning and he was excellent and made it very enjoyable. Our teenage boys liked feeding the pidgeons and a monkey stole my bottle of fanta on the way back down the steps haha.

Our driver, Nithia, provided a quality transfer to Batu Caves from our accomodations in KL. He helped us take some great photos and provide easy directions navigating the site.

it’s an amazing experience with this trip! Our driver and guide, Kumaran, was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we got into the car, he made us feel welcome and comfortable. What impressed us the most was how knowledgeable and engaging he was — at every stop, Kumaran patiently explained the history, culture, and interesting stories behind each place. Instead of just sightseeing, we felt like we were truly learning and connecting with the local heritage. His explanations made the caves, temples, and even smaller stops along the way come alive with meaning. On top of that, Kumaran was very approachable, always checking if we were comfortable, and even shared some personal insights and recommendations that only a local would know. The entire journey was smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable thanks to him. If you are planning to book this trip, I highly recommend requesting Kumaran as your driver and guide — he will definitely make your experience so much more enriching and memorable

We booked a Batu Caves tour that included transportation. Unfortunately, the experience was a bit disappointing. The driver arrived about 10 minutes late as they went to the wrong hotel, which could have been avoided by checking the pickup details beforehand. Also, the Klook booking page should clearly mention if there is a festival or major event happening. We visited during a festival period, which caused heavy traffic and extremely large crowds. Because of this, we were unable to climb the steps or properly explore Batu Caves, which was the main reason for booking the tour. If you’re planning to visit Batu Caves, I would recommend avoiding this time as festival events make it very crowded and difficult to enjoy. Overall, we felt it was not worth the money since we couldn’t fully experience the site as expected

The tour was smooth and we had no problems. Our guide was so kind and even helped us with exchanging our money since we left our ID’s at the hotel. Worth it experience!

I definitely recommend the private tour. You basically have your own driver for the day to take you to the places on the itinerary and you don’t have to wait for anybody or anybody wait for you. Shiva was our driver and he was great and super helpful. He had some great tips and took care of us for our tour.
