Amazing experience - staff were very professional and guided us through the tour and workshop. The retail selection is extensive. However, do note that prices are almost the same as in Singapore, if not lower, due to the exchange rate. But the experience is worth the purchase. The included lunch was decent and tasted good. The factory was not open on the day we visited, which was Hari Raya, so we didn't get to see the staff in action, but they had a demonstration setup which was good and informative.

I visited on Saturday. There was a reception desk right by the porte-cochère. After checking in, I received a tour guide speaker and toured the showroom. Finally, I entered the factory and was able to observe the pewter manufacturing process up close. Afterwards, in a separate room, I was taught by an instructor to create a pewter plate, and I received both the plate and the apron I used. Following that, I could purchase various items in the showroom where products are sold. I highly recommend this for anyone who enjoys factory tours.

It was interesting and can be completed within 30 minutes. The food at the cafe was nice; the tour was succinct and interesting, and it also included a factory tour. Recommended if you have time to head down in KL. They also have free 100 Plus.

We toured while listening to a Japanese guide and participated in a pottery-making workshop. It was very interesting. We were picked up from the hotel on time. On the way back, they said it was fine to drop us off anywhere as long as it wasn't too far, so it was helpful that they took us to our next destination. Highly recommended for anyone with half a day to spare in Kuala Lumpur!

The only disappointment was the transfer, which turned out to be almost non-existent, and I ended up taking my own transport to the venue. Other than that, this was an excellent and fun activity. The entire setup was extremely professional and engaging. The onsite team were all friendly and very accommodating. Lunch was also good! A great activity for all types of travelers.

The staff's friendly guidance was impressive, and it was an experience that both children and adults could enjoy. The visitor tour commentary and exhibition were also good, and the cool welcome drink and the daily special lunch were delicious. The pewter plate making experience was also enjoyable, and the instructor was kind.

Redemption and booking were convenient, and there was a shuttle bus service from the hotel lobby to the activity venue. The activity was fun, the venue was large, and the professional and friendly guide led us and helped with photos. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and we revisited this year for a repeat purchase.

C'est une expérience incroyable. J'ai aimé la visite guidée. Sebastian était très clair et patient. C'est vraiment un guide expérimenté et bilingue. L'atelier a fait battre mon cœur d'excitation et c'était tellement agréable d'avoir un certificat et un bol personnalisé.

It's very convenient, you can buy and use it immediately, make reservations, and there's a dedicated hotel pick-up service, saving you from queuing. The price is good, and there are many choices. The guided tour of the history and development of pewter and the pewter crafting experience were excellent; the staff were professional and sincere. We brought back a beautiful and high-quality pewter plate as a souvenir, and they even specially printed personalized certificates for our handmade pewter. The set meal was not perfunctory, it was delicious and very satisfying. Buying travel itineraries on Klook is a great and correct travel strategy.
