Loved my massage! The facilities were clean and comfortable and the staff all super friendly. Was offered a hot ginger tea on arrival as I filled out the form before being taken to the room for my massage. I got the 60min Balinese massage and it was great! My masseuse, Bintang, made sure to find out what pressure was needed then proceeded to ensure I was comfortable throughout. Afterwards, I was able to use the en suite to have a quick shower before changing back to sip on another ginger tea. Overall, it was lovely.

Our photographer, Erico, was the best!! He was extremely flexible with scheduling time and location. He also knew the best time and spots for taking photos. This was incredibly helpful because it was our first time at the Mulia Resort. The experience was amazing. Putu Bim, the owner, made sure every detail was covered. We went on a holiday in Bali, which complicated the logistics a bit, and even so, he took special care that everything went perfectly. He was punctual, respectful, and they made sure that every day we covered our entire itinerary. One of us left a bag in one of their cars, and they did everything to send it to our villa. I have no complaints and would recommend them. Our five-day tour was a divine experience. We went to places that exceeded our expectations. Our guides lined up for us and treated us like queens. The day we went to Lempuyang, we had a really delicious lunch. It was worth it to get up at 3 am because we were the 42nd in line, and that's wow. We loved every minute, every place, every experience. Thank you, Putu Bim, for having a good team of guides and drivers so that our 5 days with your guide were unforgettable.

We had an amazing 4-day tour in Bali, and our driver and guide, Agus, made the experience truly unforgettable. He was always punctual, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the island's culture, history, and attractions. Agus helped us create a well-planned itinerary, took us to beautiful places, and shared many interesting local insights along the way. His driving was safe and comfortable, and he was always willing to accommodate our requests and adjust the schedule when needed. Thanks to Agus, we were able to enjoy Bali stress-free and make the most of our time on the island. We highly recommend Agus to anyone looking for a reliable and excellent guide in Bali. Diving is truly not easy, and getting into the water was very unfamiliar; it's not a simple task. However, the entire trip and the service before and after diving were first-class. The staff were incredibly patient, encouraging us repeatedly without any sign of annoyance. The experience was excellent.

Third time here and still impressed! Great value for money, and the massage technique is always on point. The location is great because it is close to the airport which I usually go before my flight at night.

Good day trip to Ubud area, driver Eri is friendly and responsive, will come back some time in the future.
