Passeios por Claude Monet's House and Gardens

Great tour! Even though this is a self-guided tour, our driver/guide Arthur still walked us to the entrance of each attraction and gave us tips on the best route to avoid the crowd. Everything was seamless and the order of the itinerary works well as it avoids peak timings. Versailles tickets include an audio guide inside, and you can choose any language. Monet’s house was a highlight for me, and no guide was needed there. I'm glad I found this tour as it’s great value for money. Nice comfortable, clean car too.

Loved our tour to Monets Gardens. Our guide Crystal was incredible, lots of interesting information and great sense of humour. The meeting point was easy to find, directions were seamless. We joined our group and made our way to the bus which was a large luxury coach with incredibly comfy seats for the 90 minute drive from Paris to Giverny. On arrival we were given clear meeting points and tips on route options around the gardens. Seeing the water lilies in real life was a pinch me moment. There were so many beautiful flowers on the walk from the garden to the house and we had the perfect amount of time to take them all in before boarding onto the bus back to Paris.

Nous avons visité Giverny le matin et avons eu amplement le temps de visiter la maison de Claude Monet et de profiter du quartier. Assurez-vous d'avoir pris votre petit-déjeuner car les cafés n'étaient pas encore ouverts à notre arrivée à Giverny. Nos guides pour Giverny et Versailles étaient charmants. Nous avons passé l'après-midi à Versailles. Notre groupe de bus a été divisé en petits groupes pour la visite guidée du château de Versailles et nous avons eu beaucoup de temps pour explorer les jardins par nous-mêmes.

10/10 experience, one of my favorite highlights from my trip to Paris. Absolutely beautiful, I went in August and all the flowers were blooming. Highly recommend coming here. Definitely book with a guide as transport is MUCH easier. I tried to organize it myself and it was very troublesome as the public transport to get to Giverny isn’t easy nor frequent. Even if you aren't a fan of Monet, you will enjoy this tour and it's nice to go to the countryside of France for a different experience.

Ah, this countryside is Giverny in Normandy. When visiting, be aware that there are many tourists. If you're more interested in the house, I recommend going inside to see it first, then taking a stroll in the garden. Otherwise, you might end up like me, unable to enter the house (?). There were too many people in line, and I didn't have time to go in.

Before booking, I consulted, confirmed the meeting point, and they even helped me check the distance from my hotel to the meeting point. After placing the order, they contacted me very quickly. The meeting point was easy to find, and on the day of the trip, the driver was very professional, very familiar with the route, and readily agreed to help me take photos from various angles. This was the most relaxing day in France, and I didn't have to worry about pickpockets. Communication in Chinese throughout the trip was also seamless, and we were lucky that it didn't rain at all. It was a great day trip!

I booked this tour because it seemed like it would take a long time to get from central Paris to Giverny. The bus was comfortable, and I enjoyed various views from inside. We were able to enter Monet's house and garden without waiting, and even a half-day tour was enough to fully enjoy it. I don't understand English, so I couldn't understand the guide's explanations, but they were very kind and I was happy with their consideration. I wasn't sure where the Japanese audio guide was, but it was a guide I could listen to on my smartphone, so it was good that I could listen to it later. It was also very nice that I was put in the same group as other Japanese people, leading to wonderful encounters.
