Claude Monet's House and Gardens ture

Monet's house and gardens were very beautiful, and I was able to enjoy the scenery of the Normandy countryside. The length of the stay was also just right. However, regarding the meeting time, I had booked the 9:00 tour, but the instructions for other meeting details stated 8:15, which was confusing. In the end, I went to the meeting point at 8:00 and waited for an hour. Since there were several other groups in the same situation, I hope the descriptions can be made consistent. The tour itself was very good.

Jeg blev inviteret af slægtninge, der i øjeblikket bor i Paris. Da jeg havde besøgt Orangeriet og Orsay-museet dagen før, var jeg dybt bevæget. Jeg er ikke en stor kunstkender, så jeg tror ikke, jeg ville have taget turen dertil, hvis jeg ikke var blevet inviteret, men det var en fantastisk beslutning at tage afsted. Det var det mest mindeværdige sted på hele turen!

Den 9. juni deltog vi i denne endagstur til Van Goghs hus, Monets have og Versailles-slottet. Det var en udsøgt lille gruppetur, og vores guide var meget professionel. Ved Van Goghs sidste hvilested kunne vi se de gyldne kornmarker vaje i vinden. Desuden behøvede rejsende ikke at stå i kø for at købe billetter, men kunne hurtigt komme ind. Monets have var utrolig smuk med blomster overalt, og udsigten fra den japanske bro var malerisk. Åkanderne i dammen syntes at vente på at springe ud i fuld flor. Versailles-slottet blev forklaret meget omhyggeligt, hvilket gav os et indblik i Ludvig XIV's storhedstid.

The guided tour to Versailles and Monet’s House was well organized and enjoyable from start to finish. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared interesting stories and historical details along the way. Versailles was absolutely stunning, while Monet’s House and gardens were peaceful and beautiful—especially for anyone who loves art and nature. The transportation and schedule made it easy to visit both places in one day without worrying about the logistics.

A wonderful, well organised trip. the time at each place was correct. the staff was extremely friendly and forthcoming. I loved every bit of it. since we were only a group of five, we had a very comfortable car well equipped with water bottles and long charging cables. The accompanying staff was very nice and had answers to all our questions.

My spouse and I took a day tour of Giverny and Versailles. By chance, we were the only participants, making it a luxurious private tour. We were a bit tired and sometimes found it hard to concentrate on the English explanations, but our guide, Dario, was consistently calm and patiently explained everything. We would love to request Dario again on our next visit to Paris. He was also an excellent driver. Thank you very much.

Michael was an incredible guide! He knew what he was talking about and he was very funny and witty, I had the best time. Both places are beautiful and it was really good learning about Van Gogh and Monet. Definitely fell in love with Van Gogh and his work, especially after visiting Auvers-sur-Oise. Worth the trip for sure and would love to come back to take my son!
