Coisas para fazer em Claude Monet's House and Gardens

On June 9th, I participated in the Van Gogh's House, Monet's Garden, and Palace of Versailles one-day tour. It was a refined small-group experience. Our tour guide was very professional. At Van Gogh's final resting place, we saw golden wheat fields swaying in the wind. Additionally, travelers didn't have to queue to buy tickets and could enter quickly. Monet's Garden was incredibly beautiful, with flowers blooming everywhere. The Japanese bridge offered picturesque views, and the water lilies in the pond seemed to be waiting to bloom beautifully. The explanation of the Palace of Versailles was very thorough, allowing us to witness the glorious era of Louis XIV.

I went because I was invited by a relative who is currently staying in Paris. Since I had visited the Orangerie and Orsay the day before, I was even more deeply moved. I'm not very knowledgeable about paintings, so I probably wouldn't have gone out of my way to visit if I hadn't been invited, but it was absolutely the right decision to go. It was the most memorable place of this trip!

Monet's house and gardens were very beautiful, and I was able to enjoy the scenery of the Normandy countryside. The length of the stay was also just right. However, regarding the meeting time, I had booked the 9:00 tour, but the instructions for other meeting details stated 8:15, which was confusing. In the end, I went to the meeting point at 8:00 and waited for an hour. Since there were several other groups in the same situation, I hope the descriptions can be made consistent. The tour itself was very good.

La visita guiada a Versalles y la Casa de Monet estuvo bien organizada y fue agradable de principio a fin. El guía fue amable, conocedor y compartió historias interesantes y detalles históricos durante el recorrido. Versalles fue absolutamente impresionante, mientras que la Casa y los jardines de Monet eran tranquilos y hermosos, especialmente para cualquiera que ame el arte y la naturaleza. El transporte y el horario facilitaron la visita a ambos lugares en un solo día sin preocuparse por la logística.

Ein wunderbarer, gut organisierter Ausflug. Die Zeit an den jeweiligen Orten war genau richtig. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe jede Minute genossen. Da wir nur eine Gruppe von fünf Personen waren, hatten wir ein sehr komfortables Auto, das gut mit Wasserflaschen und langen Ladekabeln ausgestattet war. Die Begleitung war sehr nett und hatte auf all unsere Fragen eine Antwort.

My husband and I participated in a one-day tour of Giverny and Versailles. By chance, we were the only members, making it a luxurious private tour. We were a bit tired and sometimes couldn't concentrate on the English explanations, but our guide, Dario, was consistently calm and patiently explained everything. We would love to request Dario again when we visit Paris next time. He was also an excellent driver. Thank you very much.

This is not a guided tour. We just had a driver who took us to and from the attractions.

Michael was an incredible guide! He knew what he was talking about and he was very funny and witty, I had the best time. Both places are beautiful and it was really good learning about Van Gogh and Monet. Definitely fell in love with Van Gogh and his work, especially after visiting Auvers-sur-Oise. Worth the trip for sure and would love to come back to take my son!
