Coisas para fazer em Guishan Island

This was my first time going out to sea to watch whales and dolphins. Today, we took the Kai Jing Hao. The parking lot was conveniently located right next to it. With a typhoon recently offshore, the waves were very long and exciting today. We were lucky enough to see a pod of dolphins, and even saw two different types of dolphins! Unfortunately, we weren't lucky enough to spot any whales. If you tend to get seasick, I recommend sitting on the second deck to feel the sea breeze, which helps with motion sickness. On the way back, the rocking motion was so comfortable I almost fell asleep 😂. This was a very fresh experience, and water was provided on the boat, so there's no need to bring your own drinks. I'll definitely come again next time!

We were so lucky with the weather, it was fantastic, with hardly any waves. Chasing dolphins was quite tiring, but our second trip to Guishan Island was a huge success!!!

This trip was wonderful and interesting, with introductions to Wushi Fishing Port, Guishan Island's history, and the coastline scenery along the way. On the return journey, we happily encountered the flying fish season, with schools of flying fish greeting us. We plan to visit Guishan Island's 401 Highland again next year.

It was raining yesterday, but today the sun is shining brightly. The weather was a bit hot, and there were wild dolphins! They played hide-and-seek with us, but we still managed to see them. Thanks to the boatman for the detailed explanation; we were able to make the trip successfully, and we feel very lucky for everything.

The process was very smooth, from the meeting point to the explanation and experience after boarding the boat, everything was excellent. We were very lucky to see many dolphins this time. Although it was rainy and the waves were quite high, the captain thoughtfully reminded everyone of little tips to prevent seasickness, such as looking into the distance. The part where we circled Guishan Island was also fantastic. Highly recommended!

Easy redemption, wonderful experience spotting dolphins + guided tour of Guishan Island

Bringing the kids for their first shrimp fishing experience was so much fun! We had barely sat down when we caught a really big, lively shrimp! The bait was dried shrimp, which was a bit hard to hook. The shrimp were quite easy to catch; we rented two rods for 70 minutes and each caught 12 shrimp. The kids felt a great sense of accomplishment! Some shrimp might pinch, but gloves are provided nearby. Staff are available to assist with any questions. Shrimp crackers and drinks are available on-site, included with Klook ticket purchases. There's also a shrimp fishing competition where the first few people to catch a shrimp during the same time can claim a shrimp cracker. After fishing and weighing, you can take your bucket of shrimp to the self-service grilling area across the way or have them cooked by staff. It's truly delicious and enjoyable!

During this whale watching trip, the captain told us we encountered a pod of false killer whales, which only happens every two or three years. We were really lucky! Free water was also provided on board.
