Yilan: Parque de Artes Tradicionais, experiência com o qipao e Museu Lanyang e Parque Aquático Termal, passeio de um dia

Our guide, Bratt, WhatsApped us the night before to confirm our attendance. As tourists, this gave us great assurance that we had someone we could contact if we got lost or were running late. We arrived 30 minutes early at Taipei Main Station but couldn't find the correct exit from the metro. The easiest way is to exit M4, and from the exit that leads outdoors, turn left and head to the nearest building (across the zebra crossing). The meet-up point, East 1, is right next to the building. Bratt was very attentive to our needs, flexible with scheduling (at 11 am, Kavalan has a walk-through tour, and he swapped the locations so we could attend it), and resourceful (he recommended a few night eateries for us to have dinner). There were 6 people in our group, and everyone was cordial; sometimes one or two others were a bit late, but we accommodated and adapted to each other's needs. Overall, we are very satisfied with the tour, we just felt that the duration for each location was a little tight. Nevertheless, this tour is definitely value for money!

Our guide, Jason, was very efficient and took great care of us. He was accommodating, especially when we had questions about the places we visited, and he was excellent at taking our photos.

I applied for this tour because I really wanted to visit the Kavalan Distillery, and thanks to our kind guide James, I had a very comfortable trip! The Traditional Arts Theme Park was also very beautiful and had a lot to see, which I enjoyed. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to comfortably explore the Yilan area!

Today's itinerary was very enjoyable. We saw a performance at the National Center for Traditional Arts, toured a whisky distillery, and enjoyed the night view of Jiaoxi, all with our guide's patient explanations.

It's impossible to see all of Yilan in one day, but it's a pretty substantial itinerary. I applied for this tour because I wanted to visit the Kavalan Whisky Distillery, and it was great to be able to taste and look around. It's also good that you get a product discount if you have a tasting coupon. The Yilan Museum and Traditional Culture Center seem worth experiencing at least once. It would be nice if there was an itinerary that included visiting a hot spring if time permits.

The tour was wonderful and the guide was friendly. I'm happy I booked this tour. The guide explained everything in both English and Mandarin.

A nice getaway day trip from Taipei. Transfer was smooth; The architecture of the museum was unusual, the whisky tasting was great and the foot onsen is an experience not to be missed. Guide is pleasant & helpful to take photos for us.

The night before departure, she proactively contacted us to confirm the itinerary and thoughtfully reminded us of important details, which made us feel very reassured. During the trip, not only was her driving skill steady, making us feel very safe, but she also showed great flexibility. She always happily accommodated our last-minute requests for minor itinerary adjustments. Along the way, Su-chen not only provided detailed tour information but also shared many vivid and interesting local stories, and gave us excellent travel advice. We sincerely recommend this professional and friendly tour guide, who greatly enhanced our journey!

The entire experience was lovely, and our tour guide, Xiao Hei, was friendly and helpful. The pace was good, and overall, it was a wonderful experience.

James was very attentive to the individual needs of the travellers on this trip. He answered all the many questions I asked. I had a great day.
