It was an awesome shoot. The photographer was so patient throughout the shoot and was explaining us proper shots at various locations. Photos came out wonderful and were delivered in just 2 days. The entire experience was very nice, and we are glad we chose Klook for our memorable photoshoot.

I enjoyed this trip very much. Our guide Fabio was knowledgeable and funny. He told us so many facts during this walking tour and was ready to help even after the trip with regards to any questions about Rome like travel back, how to go about anything, etc.

The restaurants selected were outstanding, showcasing some fantastic food, and our guide was exceptional—knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the city. This tour is a definite must-do for anyone visiting Rome and looking for a more authentic and memorable experience.

Un tour fantastico, lo consiglio vivamente! La golf cart era molto pulita e confortevole e la nostra guida Ram è stata fenomenale. Ram ci ha fatto molte domande sui siti che ci interessavano, ma anche sui nostri interessi, ad esempio arte/storia ecc. La quantità di cose che abbiamo visto non avremmo mai potuto farla in un giorno da soli. Lo prenoterei di nuovo assolutamente la prossima volta che tornerò a Roma.

Eddy is the most amazing guide! He is equally knowledgeable and humorous. His detailed explanations helped us to appreciate the centuries of history, culture, and art preserved in the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel. I would definitely recommend paying more for a guided experience! It's well worth it!

Let me share my personal experience from my trip in June. It was incredibly difficult to book tickets for the Colosseum on the official website, so I spent a long time searching on a platform before finding this tour. Initially, I wanted a tour with a live guide, but the tour fees were too expensive. I ended up choosing a package that included an app-based audio guide (as my trip was planned rather last-minute). There's no live guide. When you arrive at the site, you'll scan a QR code, and your phone will provide a Chinese tour guide (you need to download the POP guide app beforehand). The process involves arriving early at a shop near the Colosseum to exchange your voucher with a staff member. They will give you a physical ticket and the QR code for the audio guide. Once you have your ticket, you can head to the Colosseum. Since it's a timed entry, you can arrive 15 minutes early, which is roughly your entry time. At the entrance, look for staff wearing yellow vests. After entering, you'll wait for the security check. Although the platform mentioned skip-the-line access, I went on a weekday and didn't queue for long, only for security. (Customer service confirmed that this package indeed includes skip-the-line service after the security check). After exploring the Colosseum, you can rest outside for a bit before re-entering the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. (These have different entrances; there are three entrances to choose from here). It took me 4-5 hours to walk through these three sites; they are truly vast. Overall, I think it was a good experience, and communication with the official customer service was also quite prompt. Additionally, I've pasted below my previous conversation with customer service regarding questions I had about this package. I initially didn't understand what "excluding the arena floor" meant, and only understood after asking customer service. You can refer to it: "Excluding the arena floor" means you cannot walk to the center of the arena, the ground level where gladiators used to fight. The main difference between the two is the "viewing location": Your package (excluding the arena floor): You stand in the spectator stands (1st-2nd levels) overlooking the entire interior of the arena and the underground, offering the most magnificent photo angles. Package including the arena floor: You can walk onto the central wooden stage. So, even though my package didn't include walking onto the central stage (it was cheaper...), I could still see the entire panorama of the Colosseum, which I think is also good.
