Passeios por Hanoi Old Quarter

Tudo foi excelente. O ônibus de Hanói até o pírem era confortável, semelhante aos ônibus executivos da Coreia. O cruzeiro também era sofisticado, e o buffet de almoço, assim como o lanche de frutas e chá no retorno, foram ótimos. Fiquei satisfeito com tudo. O passeio de lancha, pelo qual pagamos uma taxa adicional de 300.000 dongs por pessoa durante o horário do caiaque, foi simplesmente maravilhoso. Eu recomendo muito. A dedicação do guia durante a ida e a volta (um guia vietnamita que falava inglês) também foi digna de grandes elogios.

Every arrangement made was accordingly. The private transfer and transport were good and comfortable. All the drivers that served us were very punctual. The only issue was communication with the driver due to their English proficiency, but it can be resolved with Google Translate. The service from Mie (SST travel )is superb. She responded fast to all my enquires and problems. I will definitely looking for her for my next trip to HCMC.

Was able to experience their culture as to how to making insence and hats in a traditional way. An eye opener for me how important it is to preserve our culture. The tour guide is really nice and accommodating. Her purpose in promoting the local tradition/culture is really commendable.

It was a great tour overall! We covered a lot of ground but it also did not feel rushed. Our tour guide Hue (Lily) was great! She was super knowledgeable about many historical things and tidbits on Hanoi and you can feel her enthusiasm in wanting to share it. Worth a try if you have a day to spend going on a tour :)

Booking with Klook was convenient because I didn't have to negotiate myself. I could also specify the drop-off location in advance. It had been a while since I rode a cyclo, and I enjoyed seeing Hanoi at dusk from a different perspective. You can take in the sights at a leisurely pace, unlike on a motorbike or in a car. However, there's a lot of exhaust fumes, so a mask might be essential.

The onboard reception staff was attentive and spoke Chinese, as well as being extremely polite and thoughtful; we felt very well taken care of. Overall, you can find good food at the buffet on the ship. The only minor drawback was the afternoon tea. As soon as the buffet afternoon tea started, the Chinese tour group that day ate every single item, leaving nothing behind, and the waiters did not replenish the food at all. In the end, I walked away empty-handed with an empty plate and didn't get to eat anything. What was most outrageous was that even the water ran out at the end; it felt like fighting beggars for food. (A similar situation happened during the lunch buffet, but the waiters replenished the food in a timely manner, so we ate our fill, and I thank them for that.) Overall, I highly recommend this tour. The exterior of the ship is very beautiful, and the waiters are wonderful, provided you don't run into ill-mannered Chinese tour groups :)

Hoje foi um dia espetacular graças à minha adorável guia, Tamm. Experimentei um ótimo café vietnamita, tive a oportunidade de ver a famosa rua do trem em Hanói, enquanto tomava um smoothie de manga. Depois, fomos à prisão de Hoa Lo, e este lugar é imperdível porque podemos ver a fascinante história que o Vietnã possui. É aqui que passamos a apreciar o Vietnã ainda mais. Esta experiência foi memorável graças ao conhecimento e à paixão da Tamm. Recomendo fortemente que todos façam este passeio quando estiverem em Hanói.

The guide today, Mina, is very engaging and knowledgeable. She is enthusiastic, and her plan for this guide is well thought out. She introduced us to coffee culture and the history of Vietnam, including the French architecture and how it influenced and affected the Vietnamese people. Everything is so interesting, and I am very grateful for this experience. I would 100% recommend this to my friends who have never visited Hanoi before.
