船上接待人員貼心而且會說中文，同時非常客氣與貼心，被照顧的很好，船上的自助餐整體來說都可以找到好吃的東西，但美中不足的點是下午茶點心，當天的中國旅行團團客在自助下午茶開始時便把所有餐點吃的一個不剩，服務生們也完全沒有補充餐點，最後我只拿著空盤子空手而歸，什麼都沒吃到，最誇張是最後連水都沒了，跟乞丐搶食一樣（吃中午自助餐都時候也有一樣的狀況，不過服務生們都及時的把餐點補齊，所以吃的很飽，謝謝他們），整體來講是非常推薦這個行程的，船的外觀很漂亮，服務生們也很棒，前提是不要遇到沒有素質的中國團客：）

This day tour was a sensational experience, and extreme value for money. In summary, if you are reading this right now you should go ahead and book. It seems the tour is relatively new on Klook (2 other reviews at time of writing), so I am hoping this review helps bring Saquila more exposure to be in-line with the dozens of other well-rated options. The new (first sailed Apr 2024) Saquila yacht is complete luxury, and the crew with their welcoming attitudes and attentiveness only reinforce this feeling. The activities were also very well paced, offering a good balance between sightseeing and enjoying the view. I was initially worried that Ha Long would be overcrowded (having read reviews from other tours), but the Saquila crew anchored at a quiet private spot and conducted activities away from peak rush times. The lunch was exceptional, with a full buffet offered IN ADDITION to a 4 COURSE LUNCH. If you are unsure, hopefully this review helps you make up your mind 🙂

A very good itinerary, the food on board was also excellent, and most importantly, every staff member was kind and friendly. It's an excellent choice if you're going to Ha Long Bay.

This tour has an early departure time, but it’s 100% worth it! We got to HLB hours before other boats, which created a magical and peaceful feel. The coordination and communication was also great.

There was an issue with the ship's departure, so it was changed to Ambassador Cruise. From departure to arrival, the crew members took meticulous care of us, and we enjoyed a clean and comfortable tour, from the programs to the food. Although my schedule didn't allow it this time, I'm thinking of enjoying a more leisurely two-day trip next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. The one-day trip was well organized, and everything was very efficient. The staff had a good attitude and did their best to communicate. The food quality was also a pleasant surprise.
